    Pricing

    CloudKeeper Tuner

     Info
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator  to estimate your infrastructure costs.

    Dimensions summary

CloudKeeper Tuner uses contract-based pricing with three parts. You start with a 30-day free trial to test the platform at no cost. After the trial, ongoing use is billed at 2% of your consolidated AWS cost, measured before any discounts, refunds, or credits are applied. This usage-based charge scales directly with your AWS spend. A separate flat fee is charged upfront. Together, these dimensions cover the trial period, the recurring percentage-of-bill charge, and a one-time upfront fee, rather than fixed tiers or seat counts.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

The charge is 2% of your consolidated AWS cost measured before any discounts, refunds, and credits are applied. Your bill scales with your gross AWS spend. If your spend grows, the fee grows in the same proportion, since it is a fixed percentage rather than a fixed amount.
The flat fee is charged once, upfront, as a fixed amount. The 2% charge is separate and recurring, tied to your consolidated AWS cost. Both apply under the same contract. The upfront fee does not change with usage, while the 2% charge rises or falls with your AWS spend.
The platform delivers recommendations across many commonly used AWS services, covering areas like right-sizing, unused resource cleanup, off-hours scheduling, and workload modernization. Coverage spans compute, storage, and container workloads. The 2% charge itself is based on your total consolidated AWS cost, not on any single service.

What do you like best about the product?
Cost visualisation, login with Prism and team support.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I’m used to (and a bit addicted to) AWS Cost Explorer, the CK dashboard’s pricing calculation feels different compared to it. It also seems more advanced in some ways, so I’m kind of disliking that difference, but it’s still good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudKeeper has delivered clear value on several fronts: the AWS discount, Prism for SSO login (with permission sets that are far easier to configure than in AWS-native SSO) and Lens for better cloud-cost visibility. Their support team is also responsive with quick turnaround and we get a dedicated resource whenever a cost increase occurs.
