AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You can pay for this platform in two ways. The first ties your cost to usage: you pay 4% of your consolidated AWS cost, measured before any discounts, refunds, or credits are applied. This scales up or down with your AWS spend. The second is a flat fee tied to a specific commitment amount, giving you a fixed, predictable charge instead of a percentage. These are two independent billing options, not tiers. You choose the one that fits your spending pattern and budgeting needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the 4% charge apply to exactly?
The charge equals 4% of your consolidated AWS cost. This is measured before any discounts, refunds, or credits are applied. As your AWS spend rises or falls, the fee moves with it. There is no included amount or threshold to cross.
How does the flat fee option differ from the percentage option for my bill?
The flat fee sets a fixed charge tied to a specific commitment amount, so your cost stays predictable regardless of AWS spend. The 4% option instead moves with your consolidated AWS cost. Steady spend favors the flat fee; variable spend favors the percentage.
Can I run these platforms across multiple AWS accounts?
Yes. The platforms support multi-account management, so you can track and optimize costs across several accounts. This does not change how billing works. The 4% still applies to your consolidated AWS cost across those accounts, or the flat fee stays fixed.
