The Asana MCP server is available at:

This server requires authentication with your Asana account. When connecting, you will be prompted to authorize the application to access your Asana data.
🔒 Allowlist
Due to the implementation of an OAuth redirect URI allowlist, some third-party applications might require additional configuration or registration of their redirect URI with Asana Support before a successful connection can be established. If you’re a maintainer of an MCP client, see Integrating with Asana’s MCP Server for details on how to register.

- The app named "Asana MCP" is not blocked via Asana app management .

What I like best about Asana is how easily it keeps projects organized and transparent. Switching between Board and Timeline views makes tracking progress effortless, and assigning tasks with clear deadlines ensures everyone stays accountable and aligned

What I dislike most about Asana is that it can feel a bit complex and overwhelming for simpler projects. Additionally, important features like timelines and custom rules are restricted to the premium plans, and the notification system can quickly become cluttered if you don't adjust it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of team miscommunication and chaotic project tracking by providing a central hub where every task has a clear owner, due date, and visual status.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how robust and dynamic Asana is. It streamlines the number of platforms we need to use and provides the right visibility for people, without overwhelming them with too much white noise. The multi-homing feature is particularly useful for offering visibility in the right areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the note functionality in Asana to be a drawback. I'd like to see improvements in associating tasks with messages and being able to respond to notes. The initial setup wasn't easy for my team, particularly due to the dynamic nature of the platform, which made it challenging to determine the best path forward.
