Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose one of three monthly contract tiers: Professional, Business, or Enterprise. Each tier bills at a fixed monthly rate and includes a set allotment of tokens. Tokens measure the requests the FinOps agent processes on your behalf. The tiers scale together: moving up raises both the monthly price and the number of included tokens. Professional includes 20,000,000 tokens, Business includes 42,000,000 tokens, and Enterprise includes 75,000,000 tokens. Pick the tier that matches your expected request volume. The tiers differ only by price and token allotment, not by billing method.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one token represent, and how are tokens counted against my monthly allotment?
Tokens measure the work the FinOps agent performs when it processes your requests. Each request the agent handles consumes tokens from your monthly allotment. Your tier includes a fixed number of tokens per month: 20,000,000 for Professional, 42,000,000 for Business, and 75,000,000 for Enterprise. Higher request volume uses more tokens.
What happens if I use up my included tokens before the month ends?
The pricing table sets a fixed monthly rate and a fixed token allotment for each tier. It does not specify overage rates or automatic top-ups once tokens run out. If you expect to exceed your allotment, move to a tier with a larger token count. Contact the vendor for details on exceeding your monthly tokens.
What FinOps capabilities does the agent perform when it consumes my tokens?
The agent handles cloud cost optimization tasks. It aggregates cost recommendations, runs remediation workflows, enforces governance policies, generates billing reports, and manages resource scheduling and tagging. It uses natural language to build workflows and answer cost questions. Each of these actions counts as request activity that draws on your token allotment.
