Billing is hourly, so your charges track actual traffic as it flows. There are no upfront commitments or fixed quantities. Cost scales directly with how much data your content delivery generates. The per-gigabyte rate stays the same across regions, giving you a flat, predictable price no matter where traffic originates. You pay only for the volume you use.

A gigabyte measures data leaving the edge nodes to the internet, meaning content delivered to your users. The meter counts outbound delivery volume from more than 700 points of presence worldwide. Inbound traffic is not what drives this charge. You are billed only on the outbound data your content delivery generates.
No. The per-gigabyte rate stays flat across all regions. Traffic delivered from any of the global points of presence is billed at the same rate. This gives you predictable pricing regardless of where your users are located, including delivery into mainland China through the GoChina Gateway.
Billing meters your actual egress traffic and totals it hourly. Charges track the gigabytes delivered during each period. When no data flows out of the edge nodes, that traffic generates no charge. There is no upfront commitment or fixed quantity, so cost rises and falls with your real usage.
