The Business Plan adds a monthly download allowance, API access up to 10,000 requests per month, and 100 company leads per month; extra downloads still use credits. Both auto-renew and bill annually. You move up mainly by gaining download limits, API integration, and included company leads rather than by adding seats or data coverage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How many credits does each download cost, and what is the minimum credit purchase?
A dataset (.xlsx) costs 20 credits, a dashboard (.pptx) costs 50 credits, and a report (.docx) costs 70 credits. You buy credits in a minimum block of 50. Credits stay valid for 365 days and only work while your subscription is active.
What does the Business Plan's API request limit cover, and what happens if I exceed it?
The Business Plan includes up to 10,000 API requests per month for retrieving market, trade, and price data. The API is read-only. Once you reach the monthly quota, further calls return a "Monthly limit reached" error until the next billing month. There is also a per-second cap of 100 requests.
What is included with company lead data, and how is it charged on each plan?
Company lead data on the Smart Plan is billed at 1 credit per company, purchased separately. The Business Plan includes 100 company leads per month at no extra charge; leads beyond that use credits. Company data is not part of the base online platform access.
