Provisioning is handled by Aaseya rather than self-service. Your environment, subscriber record and users are configured and credentials issued within two business days of order.

Subscriptions are annual, tiered by completed assessment volume, with usage reviewed at renewal. Named users are unlimited in every tier, so growing the inspector base does not change the price.

aHawkAI runs on Pega Launchpad, a Pegasystems platform. Multi-tenancy, subscriber management, identity and observability are native platform services, so each subscriber's data is isolated without a separate instance to operate. Launchpad is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, with HIPAA-ready deployments and a zero-trust architecture.

GOVERNANCE

AI scores and prioritizes findings and suggests corrective actions. It does not close them. Where a finding carries safety, regulatory or financial consequence, the disposition is owned by a named person, and every action, recommendation and override is recorded in a retrievable audit trail.
