Highlights
Build, transform, or scale your SaaS application into an agentic outcomes-as-a-service solution in weeks.
Accelerate innovation with ready-built capabilities, including auto-scaling AWS cloud infrastructure, workflow automation, vibe coding and low-code development tools, and integrations with AWS and third-party services.
Usage-based pricing scales with your business, allowing you to explore, build, and grow on Launchpad without upfront financial commitment.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

Explore
Create an application design in minutes with Blueprint and use the Units Estimator to find out the cost of delivering your app.
This listing offers two contract dimensions billed in Units. Explore lets you design an application and estimate its Unit cost before committing. Ignite gives you full platform access for app development and subscriber runtime, with unlimited developers, apps, and subscribers, capped at up to 2,500,000 Units per month. The two dimensions represent stages: you plan and price your app with Explore, then move to Ignite to build and run it. Pricing scales by the Units your applications consume, with Ignite setting a monthly Unit ceiling for active development and runtime use.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Launchpad Unit for billing purposes?
Units measure the consumption your applications generate during development and subscriber runtime. Your app design in Explore uses the Units Estimator to project this consumption before you commit. The Ignite dimension then bills against the Units your active apps and subscribers actually use each month.
What happens if my usage approaches the 2,500,000 Unit monthly ceiling under Ignite?
Ignite includes up to 2,500,000 Launchpad Units per month for app development and subscriber runtime. Within that ceiling, you can add unlimited developers, apps, and subscribers without per-seat charges. The Units Estimator in Explore helps you forecast whether your app design fits inside that monthly ceiling before committing.
How do the Explore and Ignite dimensions work together for my bill?
The two dimensions cover different stages. Explore lets you build an application design and use the Units Estimator to price delivery before committing. Ignite gives full platform access to develop and run apps, billed by monthly Unit consumption. You plan cost with Explore, then move to Ignite to build and run.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use: The drag-and-drop interface and guided workflow templates make it accessible for both business and IT users.
Speed to launch: Applications can move from concept to production in days rather than weeks.
Integration: Seamless connectivity with existing Pega environments, APIs, and data sources.
Scalability: Ideal for pilot projects or departmental use, but with a clear upgrade path to full Pega Infinity capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited advanced configuration compared to the full Pega platform.
Custom branding and complex logic layers can be restrictive for enterprise-grade solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ESPERO’s business revolves around transforming static protocol documents into structured, machine-readable models (e.g., ICH-M11, USDM, SDTM mappings). Pega Launchpad’s low-code process modeling and UI builder enables ESPERO to:
Quickly prototype end-to-end clinical workflows (e.g., protocol design → SoA validation → data mapping → amendment QC).
Demonstrate “live” workflow applications to clients (like Ipsen, CSL, or Advarra) without needing full engineering cycles.
Collect user feedback early from medical writers, data managers, and regulatory teams to iterate designs faster.
This shortens the sales and validation cycle, making proof-of-concept (POC) demos more tangible.

What do you like best about the product?
Launchpad.io offers several significant advantages for building and scaling SaaS applications. It enables faster time to market by providing a low-code development environment with pre-built components for workflows, integrations, user interfaces, and authentication, allowing teams to deliver products much faster than traditional coding approaches. Thanks to its pre-built functionality and reusable modules, developers can configure existing elements like authentication, workflow routing, and scheduling rather than building them from scratch, ensuring higher productivity and consistency across applications.
The platform provides enterprise-grade infrastructure and managed cloud operations, taking care of deployment, scaling, runtime, and database management. This allows teams to focus on innovation instead of infrastructure. It is also designed with strong security and compliance in mind, featuring zero-trust architecture, least-privilege access, and support for major certifications and regulations such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.
Another advantage is its built-in AI assistance, which helps generate application blueprints, accelerate design and logic creation, and enhance the apps with AI-powered features. Launchpad.io is built for scalability and true multi-tenancy, ensuring that multiple subscribers can use the same system securely while keeping their data isolated. It includes native tools for subscriber management and usage-based billing, enabling flexible pricing and monitoring of customer activity.
By reducing the need for custom infrastructure and repetitive coding, Launchpad.io significantly lowers the total cost of ownership, streamlining both development and ongoing maintenance. Its flexibility and integration support allow seamless connectivity with external systems and APIs, aided by features like live data virtualization that prevent vendor lock-in. Additionally, through its Launchpad for Startups program, the platform supports early-stage companies with free access, mentoring, and technical guidance, helping them accelerate their journey from idea to market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using a low-code / no-code foundation, Launchpad.io inevitably comes with constraints on customization and control. Because much of the application logic, UI, and infrastructure is abstracted away, implementing highly specialized business logic or unique UI/UX features not supported by the platform’s components may be difficult or may require workarounds beyond the intended use.
Another risk is vendor lock-in. Once your SaaS product is deeply built on Launchpad’s architecture, migrating to another platform or moving core logic out can become costly and complex, since many of your workflows, data models, and integrations will depend on Launchpad’s proprietary structures.
Finally, using a low-code approach can sometimes limit developer freedom and flexibility, especially for experienced engineers who prefer full control, custom tooling, and direct access to all layers. The abstraction might feel constraining compared to custom code, particularly in edge-case scenarios or for components the platform doesn’t support natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launchpad.io transforms how SaaS products are built by removing the heavy lifting of infrastructure, code, and compliance — allowing teams to focus on innovation and growth. It’s especially beneficial for startups and growing software companies that need to launch quickly, scale easily, and operate efficiently with fewer resources.
