You buy an annual subscription in one of three tiers that scale by how many tables Solid can access. Getting Started covers 101 to 1,000 tables, one BI system, and one data warehouse. Enterprise covers 1,001 to 5,000 tables, two BI platforms, and two data warehouses. Enterprise Plus covers 5,001 to 10,000 tables with multiple data warehouses and BI platforms. As your table count and connected systems grow, you move up a tier. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus let you add deployment inside your own VPC for an extra cost.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An accessible table is any table Solid can read within the databases and schemas you connect. Solid pulls only metadata and query history, not raw data. You choose which databases, schemas, projects, or folders Solid monitors during setup, so the count reflects only the scope you enable.
Each tier caps accessible tables, BI platforms, and data warehouses. Getting Started allows one BI system and one warehouse. Enterprise allows two of each. Enterprise Plus allows multiple. If your table count or connected systems exceed your tier, you move to the tier that covers your new scope.
Standard tiers do not include private VPC deployment. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus let you add a deployment that keeps data and execution inside your own environment, at an extra cost. Getting Started does not offer this option. Contact the vendor for the added deployment pricing.

Vendor refund policy
For non-private offers, AWS may provide a full refund if the buyer cancels within 48 hours of purchase, consistent with AWS Marketplace policy. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law, expressly stated in an order or private offer, or approved by Solid for a material service failure that remains uncured. Submit requests to contact@getsolid.ai within 30 days of the event. Approved refunds will be processed through AWS Marketplace.
