Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This tiered model allows organizations to choose the level of support that best fits their operational needs. The Standard version includes essential services such as pre-filled risk assessment advisory, 8x5 cloud support via help desk, 16 hours of integration assistance, and 24x7 cloud monitoring. It also provides access to free software updates and a sandbox environment for testing. For organizations with more complex requirements, the Pro version delivers a higher-touch experience with custom risk advisory, dedicated support for data protection, funnel and fraud assessments, 32 hours of integration assistance, and customer activity monitoring. It also offers optional 24x7 technical and help desk support at an additional cost, ensuring continuous coverage for mission-critical environments.
