Email address: support-openaev-standard@filigran.atlassian.net Standard Support & Services include business-hours coverage (8x5), SLAs of 4 hours for P1/P2 issues and 24 hours for P3/P4, and access to support via the portal or email. Customers benefit from a dedicated CSM for up to 2 hours per month, along with up to 1 hour per month with Filigran experts. Also includes access to Filigran Academy, security notifications, hotfixes and bug escalation, and up to two health checks per year. Premium Support & Services include 24x7 availability, faster SLAs (2 hours for P1/P2 and 12 hours for P3/P4), and expanded communication channels including a private Slack space for direct interactions. Customers receive twice the expert engagement: up to 4 hours per month with an assigned CSM and up to 2 hours with Filigran experts. Alongside Filigran Academy access, security notifications, and prioritized bug escalation, Premium includes up to four annual health checks.
