Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An asset is one location you analyze. For residential properties, Spectra can provide data at the flat or unit level, so each unit can count separately. Mortgage assets and CRE (commercial real estate) assets are billed under separate volume bands.
Mortgage and CRE (commercial real estate) volumes are billed independently. Mortgage assets scale through 5,001-10,000 and over 10,000 bands. CRE assets scale through 251-500 and over 500 bands. Each stream adds to your total based on the assets you analyze in that category.
The Lite tiers include 1 climate scenario, 3 hazard types, and ratings-only outputs. To access more scenarios, additional hazards, or fuller outputs like financial loss estimates, you contact the Climate X sales team directly. These features are not part of the base Lite pricing.
