Duo Premier is a complete access management solution that addresses user and device risk for every application and expands protection and ease of access to on-premises and private resources. Includes everything in Duo Essentials and Advantage editions: MFA Push Phishing Protection Single Sign-on (SSO) Passwordless Trusted Endpoints Device Health Risk-Based Authentication Trust Monitor Device Insight
Plus: Duo Network Gateway: provide end-users with VPN-less remote access to private applications hosted on-premises or in multi-cloud environments while enforcing zero trust security principles. Enable secure, seamless SSO access to internal web applications (HTTPS) and servers via SSH, RDP and SMB.
Endpoint Security Verification: Verify endpoints have a supported antivirus/anti-malware endpoint security agent installed and running before granting access to an application. Limit access if an agent is not installed and active.

What do you like best about the product?
Cisco Duo was a great way to secure and authenticate access for your end-users to login to the company enterprise network and access the resources. Cisco Duo provide Varity of way to authenticate your access using your mobile devices or your hope computers.
Implementation Cisco Duo to our network was smooth and easy while we the customer support were amazing and helpful.
We were able to integrate Cisco Duo with our Meraki switches to secure access from anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cisco Duo downsides were sometimes you need to reinstall it on devices and reauthenticate the users which causing some issues to communicate to your end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco duo solved the problem of securing our enterprise network and having secure login to each user. We were able to ask our users to install Cisco Duo to their mobiles and authenticate single access to the network resources securely and safely.

What do you like best about the product?
I love duo. The best feature is the DUO Push MFA. Some companies partner with duo. When they do this, you do not need a code. You can actually get a push notification and select yes and be authenticated at the touch of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes software has trouble syncing up with their system and you need to close the app and then re-open it to get the correct code. The other issue that is a problem is when you opt for a text message code, they are 7 digits instead of 6 and they can be difficult to remember.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My industry has security regulations imposed by the government to keep my client’s data secure. We are required to use Multi factor authentication in everything we do. Duo is making this easy when it is not an easy task to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Duo was the only solution we found that was cost effective and did what we needed it to do for an MFA type solution. We enabled it as a network validator to our security stack as required by changing regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside so far is the small expense for tokens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our end users are lot legally allowed to use cellphones in their workspace, and there was no web based solution that would work since it was a network authentication verification that was needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Duo is an good mfa tool as you can push notifications on app or text code on mobile while login into apps or laptop. It added an extra layer of security to your data. It is very easy to implement and integrate on third party apps also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internet will be require while login into device. If you don't have internet you can't push notification to duo app or text message codes, it will not work in offline mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data security is most concern thing now a days and it help us to secure data using mfa and also in cases of lost and stolen of device. Also Duo is an great tool which easily integrates with other apps and works perfectly.
