AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract uses a single pricing dimension: Active Users. You pay based on the number of active users on the platform. Pricing scales with your user count. You commit to a contract term, and the quantity of users determines your cost. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons. As you add more active users, your total scales with that count. This keeps the pricing model simple, with user access as the one factor that drives what you pay.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one active user for billing on this platform?
An active user is a registered account holder who accesses the platform during the contract term. Each person you authorize under your organization counts toward your licensed user count. The vendor may inspect the console to confirm active users stay at or below your licensed count.
What happens to my cost if I add active users during the contract term?
Your cost scales with the number of active users. If usage exceeds your licensed count, the vendor may verify this and require you to pay the difference. Adding users raises your total based on the per-user rate. There are no separate tiers or usage add-ons.
Does the active user fee include support and access to all domains?
Support level depends on your subscription tier and is set in your commercial terms. The platform offers pre-built simulation labs across 100+ domains, with custom domains available on request. Basic support and demos are available through the vendor's documentation. Additional support terms are specified separately.
