If you wish to cancel your Services, D2L will offer you a complete refund when you cancel your Services within 48 hours after payment in the AWS Marketplace (the "Refund Period"). Thereafter, D2L does not offer refunds. To cancel your service and request a refund, you must contact AWS Marketplace customer support. Except as otherwise explicitly indicated by D2L, all fees hereunder are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the various configurations we have available to organize and customize the courses. I also like the API available for more robust customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the complexity involved in making some simple configurations. It could be more intuitive or have tutorials within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The quiz shortcut located in the content section has improved a lot recently. It shows all the information about the quiz.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of using HTML to customize learning environments is a very positive point, as it allows adapting the experience to the needs of each context.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the platform could be more flexible regarding some updates. For example, it would be interesting to allow changing the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to being a learning environment, I also use the platform in my work with data analysis. For the demands I need to track and resolve, such as platform access consumption, the D2L reports help a lot and make this monitoring much simpler.
