    Dimensions summary

You buy this AI-powered ecommerce search product through an annual subscription. Three tiers are offered: Tier 1, Tier 5, and Tier 10. Each tier is priced in units, and your price is set after an analysis of your site. This means your cost reflects your specific business needs rather than a fixed rate. The tiers let you match the subscription to the scale of your operation. Pricing is committed for a one-year term.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Your price is based on an analysis of your site. The tiers reflect the scale of your operation, so your cost matches your specific business needs rather than a fixed rate. You share your product catalog and site data, and the vendor sets pricing accordingly.
Pricing is usage-based after you choose the module. As usage rises, your per-unit price goes down. If usage exceeds your contracted amount, the product keeps working without interruption. The excess is charged separately. You can raise your contracted amount for better rates by contacting your representative.
Billing is annual. Your subscription includes a module fee and a usage fee. The base plan also includes Loomi AI, vendor support, and access to documentation and best-practice sessions. You only pay for the modules you choose to access.

Discovery Dashboard and Merchandising Rules Made Campaign Tweaks Fast

    Reviewed on Aug 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The discovery dashboard showed us zero result searched we had no visibility into before, turned out a chunk of traffic was searching for a product line that just wasn't tagged right. Fixing that gave us a real, if small, bump in conversations. Also lean on the merchandising rules a lot, boosting or burying products for a campaign happens in minutes now instead of waiting days for engineering to push a change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial catalog setup took way longer than expected, our product data was messier than we realised and cleaning it up before bloomreach could use it properly ate up a couple weeks we had not planned for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting visibility into zero result searches alone was worth it, we did not know how much traffic was quietly failing before. Combined with merchandisers being able to adjust things themselves instead of looping in a dev every time, it's cut a lot of the previous back and forth. The messy catalog cleanup upfront was a rough start, but the setup pain hasn't repeated since.

    Powerful Personalization, Needs GDPR Improvements

    Reviewed on Aug 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The standout strength for our agency is its mature search‑and‑personalization engine combined with robust data unification. A large share of our retail clients maintain very extensive catalogs, often with several thousand SKUs. Before Bloomreach, tuning search relevance or rolling out segmented product recommendations would eat up tons of our front‑end dev capacity. Our marketing specialists can adjust search weightings, build AI‑powered recommendation logic, and spin‑up dynamic landing‑page variations for different visitor groups right inside the tool. We don’t have to log endless support tickets to our dev team for every minor campaign adjustment. This lets us move much faster on seasonal retail campaigns and A/B tests for our mid‑market clients. We also get comprehensive behavioural event exports that feed into our conversion‑performance reports for client stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core commerce features perform really well, GDPR‑related gaps create consistent manual overhead for every German‑market implementation. There is no native, stable connection to European CMP consent platforms. We have to build custom code mappings to gate tracking, and during client roll‑outs we have actually caught cases where user behaviour was still being logged after visitors opted out of non‑essential tracking. That creates real data‑protection liability for our retail customers. There is no built‑in EU‑data‑residency toggle in the dashboard. We need to open support tickets to confirm where visitor data is stored, which slows down project go‑live timelines. The exported audit logs also do not attach the corresponding user‑consent decisions. For BSI‑required audits, we end up manually merging Bloomreach event exports with separate consent‑tool datasets to prove valid user permission for tracking. There is no pre‑built compliance template for European markets, so every project requires hands‑on configuration work from our compliance team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Bloomreach, our e‑commerce clients’ visitor signals were trapped across disconnected systems — web shop, email marketing platforms and CRM all held separate user data. We could not easily build cohesive user journeys across touchpoints. Bloomreach brings web‑session events, product‑view activity and visitor profiles together in one stack. Our marketing team can launch dynamic recommendations and personalized site experiences without constant developer involvement. This shortens campaign iteration cycles for our agency, and we get consolidated behavioural data to analyse what actually moves conversion and basket value for our clients. Even so, all of these outputs still need our manual compliance checks before going live for German‑based end users.

Robust CRM and Email Marketing Powerhouse

    Reviewed on Aug 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find Bloomreach incredibly robust and powerful, offering a depth of information I haven't seen on other platforms. I appreciate that changes can be actioned quickly and easily without interrupting or completely resetting live flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Bloomreach can be a little bit opaque, and more complex reporting can be a challenge. The way opens/clicks are measured separately from revenue/unsubscribes means I have to do a bit of manual data-bashing to get the full depth of reporting I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Bloomreach robust and powerful for building and sending email campaigns, understanding customer behavior, and targeting communication effectively. It provides in-depth information, easy changes, and helps improve CRM efforts.

Powerful Capabilities and Easy to Use, Satisfied Customer

    Reviewed on Jul 13, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Bloomreach centralizes customer information and allows for automations. Unifying the data in one place is very convenient. The platform has incredible capabilities and is easy to use. I love that it offers segmentations to create customer clusters that can be easily activated, and its artificial intelligence capabilities are remarkable. The initial setup was very simple, the most important thing is to have a clear data mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
    The platform is perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bloomreach to better understand my customers. It centralizes customer information and allows for the creation of automations, unifying the data in one place.

Bloomreach Makes Personalisation Easy with Powerful Segmentation and Automation

    Reviewed on Jul 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach makes it easy to deliver personalised customer experiences. I particularly like its powerful segmentation, product recommendations, and automation capabilities, which help improve customer engagement and conversion rates. The platform provides valuable insights into customer behaviour and integrates well with other marketing and ecommerce tools, making campaigns more effective and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain recommendation and merchandising features can feel restrictive, such as only being able to recall or work with a limited number of products in some scenarios. Smaller sites that don't get enough customers, do not get the same level as data as bigger sites
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps us make the customer experience more relevant by showing the right products and content to the right people. It saves a lot of manual work around merchandising and helps us understand what customers are searching for and engaging with. The biggest benefit is being able to make quicker decisions and improve conversion rates without constantly having to manage everything manually
