    What do you like best about the product?
    Bloomreach makes it easy to deliver personalised customer experiences. I particularly like its powerful segmentation, product recommendations, and automation capabilities, which help improve customer engagement and conversion rates. The platform provides valuable insights into customer behaviour and integrates well with other marketing and ecommerce tools, making campaigns more effective and efficient
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Certain recommendation and merchandising features can feel restrictive, such as only being able to recall or work with a limited number of products in some scenarios. Smaller sites that don't get enough customers, do not get the same level as data as bigger sites
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Bloomreach helps us make the customer experience more relevant by showing the right products and content to the right people. It saves a lot of manual work around merchandising and helps us understand what customers are searching for and engaging with. The biggest benefit is being able to make quicker decisions and improve conversion rates without constantly having to manage everything manually

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how easy to use Bloomreach is, with its user-friendly interface. The tracking capabilities are very good, and I love how flexible and adjustable it is based on our needs. The customer support and the whole team are also amazing. The initial setup was easy and smooth.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The reporting and dashboard part could be better. It could be more intuitive and flexible and allow you to build more out-of-the-box use cases.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Bloomreach enhances personalization, provides a data-centric customer view, and automates customer journeys. It supports email marketing campaigns efficiently.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The tool is very easy to use and quite intuitive. I love have much you can automate using Snippets etc and scenario tools are very useful for creating customer journeys

    Tool development is very slow. There are still development requests that we would like (And others would find useful) that have not progressed even after 2 years !
