    What do you like best about the product?
    Overall, it offers strong capabilities, with good personalization and campaign orchestration. It helps us with customer engagement.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It risks becoming a second brain. We have a lot of data there that we don't have in our CRM system. The system automatically profiles customers, which is useful, but it also requires strong consent, so you have to be really careful how you implement it in the EU.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    customer communication, user defined decision trees for coms, connecting sessions to customer. It supports ancillary sales and upsell

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Bloomreach as our customer marketing platform to manage customer data, send out email and SMS communications, build intelligent automation flows, and analyse performance and behaviour insights as an all-in-one solution. There are many other features I'm excited to start using too. It helps my team better understand key data without needing to wait for data science to pull reports on our behalf, so we can be much more reactive to key changes in the business, which matters since we run dozens of competitions a week at a high cadence. I've seen an increase in revenue across our email campaigns and a reduction in unsubscribe rates across our marketing channels due to the more intelligent nature of our automation flows and scenario setups. I like how it's easy enough to pick up, whilst also having a very high ceiling to learning the platform and mastering everything it has to offer. It excites me what we can extract from the data we already held and present and review as a business to make better informed decisions across our marketing. It offers us the ability to be front runners in our industry and stand out from competitors with disruptive ideas. I utilised Bloomreach for our welcome flows, taking users' behaviours into account to streamline their experience and onboard them on a more personal level. When I noticed customers were interested in particular competitions over others on site, I tailored that welcome journey around those key products to keep engagement high and learn how they interact with the site, and I saw more engagement on those flows compared to a standard 3 email welcome flow where every customer went through the same funnel. The UX is easy to understand. The initial setup was easy enough, Voxwise worked with our developers to get everything hooked up for our MVP, so it was fairly hands off for us after the initial chats.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    {"I find some of the reporting structures can be a little tricky to navigate and build.","I need additional 3rd party support from Voxwise to get some projects built quickly.","Loomi AI isn't very useful when trying to decipher what I need to do to get a specific report. I haven't had any luck asking it to produce a report that works for me.","Whatever the AI generates seems like a very long-winded method to get reporting results to show. Most of the time they are not correct, or the reports don't work properly.","The help centre and documentation are lacking. I want a better help centre or documentation area which explains and teaches how to do more simple reporting, with ideas and suggestions on how it could be developed over time.","I find the academy courses are sometimes not in depth enough on these areas or tailored to more generic businesses.","It can be overwhelming as a new user to build reports, and the onboarding wasn't very clear on how tags and initiatives work.","I rely on Voxwise for integrations, more complex report building, and CRM strategies.","Bloomreach doesn't recommend CRM initiatives for us; I would like it to suggest actions like building new email flows or web personalisation.","There is no in-app prompt when saving a metric/report asking if I'd like to add this to an initiative, which would help keep things clean and organised."}

    Bloomreach helps my team better understand key data without waiting for data science to pull reports, so we can be more reactive.     What do you like best about the product?
    It's powerful, hugely customisable, scalable, and easy to use (once you get over the initial learning curve), and the Bloomreach support teams are super friendly and helpful.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Steep learning curve - quite a few quirks and platform jargon to learn

    We use Bloomreach for unified customer and marketing data, personalised campaigns (email, SMS, web), and customer analytics. In the 5+ years since I onboarded it for my company, it's become a central element of our customer data and marketing strategy

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love the wide variety of features of Bloomreach and the level of detail in the automation, which are really impressive for my email marketing campaigns.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The simplicity of use: it is not at all user-friendly and the logic is really complicated/specific. The fact of having no onboarding or training also complicates things. For example, I previously had to use simpler tools to create campaigns. In Bloomreach, the process is more complex, requiring the creation of an asset in 'asset manager', then a scenario where this asset is integrated, and all these steps are difficult without training. Moreover, you cannot modify images, choose the ratio, or crop in Bloomreach.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Bloomreach for automating the sends in my email marketing campaigns.

    I like most about Bloomreach is how it deliver the customer experience at scale and now days they also added AI driven recommendation and provide better tools for analytical purpose and reporting feature whichprovide actionable insights as a end user

    They need to improve documentation as currently as a new user it takes time to learn and adapt and still as a experienced user it feels like complexity for managing advanced usecase while they make it more user friendly

    Bloomreach addresses the challenge of turning large volumes of customer data into actionable insights. Its real-time segmentation, and orchestration help us better understand customer behavior and engage users with relevant content and recommendations with AI compitability. As a result, we can make more data-driven decisions, improve campaign performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.
