Digify is a secure document sharing and digital rights management platform for everything that leaves your company. Share through a virtual data room or a single secure link, and keep control of every file after it is sent. It sits apart from your internal Google Drive and SharePoint, so your internal systems stay private and you always know what left and who opened it. Teams have run due diligence, fundraising, M&A, investor relations, and audits on Digify since 2011.
Secure Virtual Data Rooms
Set up a virtual data room in minutes and decide exactly what each person can do: view, download, print, or copy. Add dynamic watermarks, block screenshots, require an NDA before entry, and turn on SSO or SAML. A built-in Q&A keeps deal questions in one place, and everything opens in the browser with nothing to install.
Document Analytics
See who opened each document, which pages they read, and how long they spent. Unlike a typical shared folder, you get a clear read on who is engaged and where to follow up, with a full record of every interaction.
Document Security and Control After Sharing
Digify's digital rights management keeps you in control once a file is out. Change permissions, set expiry dates, or revoke access at any time, even for files already on someone's device. Control covers PDFs, Office documents, images, video, and audio.
Built for Security and Compliance
Digify is ISO 27001 certified, GDPR and HIPAA compliant, and offers data residency across nine regions. It is used by teams in financial services, healthcare, publishing, and other fields that handle sensitive information.
The API
The Digify API lets you build the same secure sharing, tracking, and revocation into your own products and portals. Create data rooms, upload files, manage recipients, and set permissions programmatically, and use webhooks to react to document activity as it happens.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing dimension: the Enterprise Plan, billed per user under a contract. You pay based on the number of users you provision, so cost scales with how many people need access. The plan is built for large organizations that need enterprise-grade security and scalability. Because pricing is per user, you can size your commitment to your team. There are no separate tiers or add-ons in this listing; you select your user quantity and commit for the contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing under the Enterprise Plan?
A user is a team member on your account who manages, uploads, or shares documents and data rooms. Billing is based on the user quota you set. Document recipients, called guests, are counted separately and do not consume user seats. The Enterprise Plan includes unlimited enterprise viewers.
What happens to my cost if I need to add more users during the contract?
Cost scales with the user quantity you commit to. The Enterprise Plan uses a custom user quota, so you size your commitment to your team. Adding users beyond your set quota requires adjusting your quota with the vendor. Contact the vendor to confirm mid-term changes.
Do data rooms or guest access add to the per-user cost?
No. The Enterprise Plan includes unlimited data rooms and a custom guest quota. Guests are external recipients who view documents, not billed seats. Your cost tracks the number of users you provision, not the number of data rooms you create or guests you invite.
