CheckID is a usage-based service, and charges are incurred per completed identity check. As such, refunds are generally not provided for successfully processed requests. However, if you believe a charge was made in error due to a system malfunction or failed verification, please contact us at support@entrinsia.com within 7 days. We will review the request and issue a refund at our discretion if warranted.
