Chatbot (8 hrs) costs 1 Credit: The chatbot's objective is to provide easy-to-understand information and explanations about V2X & C-ITS standards and profiles. A user can ask a question from that realm and get an answer based on C2C-CC, C-Roads and ETSI documents using RAG (retrieval augmented generation). The chatbot especially helps customers that are new to V2X and C-ITS operations.

Continues monitoring ConMon (24 hrs) costs 1 Credit: The aim is to give the user a real-time interface, where he can evaluate C-ITS messages in real-time. Making it a public interface will enable the integration of lumits in additional workflows and also give the user the option to choose his own visualization too. With continuous monitoring compliance checks can be accelerated even further.

Dimensions summary
You buy credits, the currency you spend to run V2X message conformity checks. Each dimension is a fixed credit bundle: Single Credit gives you 1 credit, Starter 5, Essential 25, Professional 50, Business 100, and Enterprise 250. The tiers differ only in how many credits you receive per purchase. Credits are consumed by actions like uploading a file for analysis, so you pick the bundle that matches your expected check volume. You can hold and use multiple bundles at once, and request more once a bundle is used up.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Credits are spent by actions in the service, mainly uploading a file for analysis. Each action draws a set number of credits from your chosen coupon. You can view the credit cost per action on the Coupons page after signing in.
Once a coupon is used up, you request a new one by selecting the number of credits you want. You then receive an offer within three business days. You can also hold and use multiple coupons at the same time, so checks continue without waiting.
The credit cost is tied to the action, such as uploading a file for analysis, not the file size. The Coupons page lists the credit cost per action. Shorter recordings with one station and one use case give clearer reports, but the credit rules follow the action.
