Cyngular is an AI-powered cloud security investigation platform that delivers deep, cross-layer visibility across cloud, SaaS, identity, network, and OS. It correlates telemetry from sources such as cloud APIs, VPC Flow Logs, DNS, Kubernetes, OS internals, SaaS logs and On-prem to automatically uncover threats, map attack paths, and provide full investigation context. Unlike traditional SIEM or detection-only tools, Cyngular focuses on investigation-first workflows, enabling teams to understand not just what happened, but how and why.
The platform provides automated forensics and threat hunting capabilities, allowing security teams to investigate users, identities, workloads, and cloud resources in minutes. It generates complete, end-to-end investigation reports with actionable insights and recommended response steps, reducing manual analysis time from hours or days to minutes. Cyngular operates in a read-only mode, analyzing customer-owned telemetry without impacting production environments, and integrates with existing tools such as SIEM, EDR, and cloud-native services.
Key benefits include rapid incident investigation, cross-layer correlation, AI-driven threat hunting, and improved visibility across multi-cloud and SaaS environments. By combining cloud configuration analysis, identity tracking, network activity, and runtime behavior, Cyngular enables security teams, SOCs, and MDR providers to detect complex threats, reduce investigation time, and respond faster than attackers.

This listing has one pricing dimension: the Cyngular Enterprise Platform, billed in units. You buy access to the Agentic SOC (security operations center) platform under a contract. Pricing is quantity-based, so you select the number of units you need. There are no separate tiers or add-on options to weigh. You pay a single committed fee for the platform. The contract runs for an initial one-year term. Platform updates and technical support are included during the term at no added cost.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of the Cyngular Enterprise Platform cover?
A unit grants access to the Agentic SOC (security operations center) platform, known as THIRDhub. It covers cloud topology mapping, telemetry coverage monitoring, alert investigation, threat-response recommendations, and automated incident-response reporting. Contact the vendor to confirm how many units your cloud footprint requires.
What is included in my fee during the contract term?
Your fee covers platform access, plus updates and new versions at no added cost during the term. Technical support is included on a reasonable-effort basis under the service level agreement. Prior platform versions stay available for 18 months after a new release.
What is not covered by my platform fee?
All fees exclude applicable taxes, and you supply the information needed to assess them. Support excludes problems unrelated to the platform, customized or modified versions, and issues where directed maintenance was skipped. Integration with third-party software is also outside the standard maintenance obligation.
