Yes. You can add subscriptions during a term at the same pricing as your underlying subscription, prorated for the time remaining. Any added subscriptions end on the same date as your original subscription. Purchased quantities cannot be decreased during the term.
Standard technical support is included with paid applications at no extra charge, covering 12x5 hours Monday through Friday. This support handles installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on the platform. It does not cover debugging your own application code. A separate premium support package offers 24x7 coverage.
