Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose one of four subscription tiers billed under a contract: Basic, Standard, Plus, or Enterprise. Each tier is priced per host, so your cost scales with the number of status pages you run. Each status page operates on its own and is billed separately. Moving up the tiers unlocks more subscribers, team members, and capabilities. You can upgrade or downgrade between tiers at any time. Enterprise fits larger needs beyond the lower tiers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the per-host pricing unit mean, and how is a host counted?
A host maps to one status page. Each status page operates on its own and is billed separately. If you run several status pages, each one counts as its own host and adds to your cost under your chosen tier.
What changes when I move between the Basic, Standard, Plus, and Enterprise tiers?
Higher tiers raise the allowances for subscribers and team members and unlock more capabilities. Options like private status pages, single sign-on, custom TLS certificates, audit trails, and subscriber compliance tools appear at higher tiers. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
If I add another status page, does it use my existing tier or bill separately?
Each status page is billed separately as its own host. Adding a page adds a host charge; it does not share the allowances of an existing page. You manage multiple pages from one account, but each operates and is billed independently.
