Machine development demands data. Constant, real-time information that gives the engineers continuous and accurate feedback. So instead of trial and error, it's trial and measure. Learn. Improve. Progress.
Building a telemetry system to do this is essential. For mission-critical machines helping people, the planet, our universe - it's a beacon. But it's also a barrier. It's expensive. It's complicated and it's fraught with risk. The thrill of success is often tempered by the fear of failure.
Sift puts power back into the hands of machine creators. With a software stack built by people who have literally put rockets into orbit - it's a system that rejects old thinking and outdated paradigms. Sift doesn't just handle telemetry, it makes it work harder. It allows machine creators to use data in ways they never imagined. Engineers and innovators can reach their goals faster.
Companies can scale up larger. All in ways that are simpler, smarter, and more secure.
Sift is real-time. It's now. It's no longer about what's necessary. It's about what's possible.

Maximize your resources with forward-thinking infrastructure
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
The Sift Platform API provides comprehensive access to Sift's suite of tools and services, enabling seamless integration with your applications. This API allows users to manage and analyze data, automate processes, and leverage Sift's advanced algorithms to enhance operational efficiency. With robust security measures and scalable performance, the Sift Platform API is designed to support complex business operations and drive innovative solutions. Key features include data management, real-time analytics, automated workflows, and secure data exchange.
You buy Sift as a contract with two pricing dimensions. The Sift Platform unit covers access to the telemetry platform, including data ingestion, storage, analysis, automated review, and secure data exchange. This forms the base of your commitment. The Usage_API unit charges for additional usage beyond what your contract includes. It scales with how much API activity you draw. Together, the base platform commitment and the metered usage add-on let your spend grow as you add sensors, test stands, or vehicles to the platform.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts toward Usage_API charges beyond my base platform commitment?
Usage_API meters activity you draw through the platform's programmatic interfaces. You can work with the platform through REST or gRPC, plus client libraries for common languages. Charges apply when your API activity goes past what your base contract includes. This covers actions like ingestion, export, and analysis run through code.
Which dimension drives most of my bill — the platform commitment or API usage?
The Sift Platform unit sets your base spend for platform access, storage, and analysis. The Usage_API charge adds on only when activity passes your included amount. Both appear on the same invoice. Usage_API grows as you add sensors, test stands, or vehicles that push more telemetry through the platform.
Does my bill change as my telemetry volume and fleet grow?
The platform separates compute and storage so each scales independently. Object-based storage keeps costs planned rather than climbing sharply as data grows. Your base platform commitment stays fixed, while Usage_API charges rise if activity passes your included amount. Adding assets and channels increases usage that can reach that threshold.
