Overview
Finlake is a cloud-native core banking and financial services platform from SoftGEM, an AWS Advanced Tier Partner with the AWS Financial Services and Generative AI Competencies.
It is fully modular. A bank can run its entire operation on Finlake, and a marketplace, e-commerce platform, lender, cooperative or HR provider can plug in just the module it needs.

Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases

Vendor refund policy
Finlake is billed on usage, so you pay only for API calls made. If you believe you were billed in error, email support@softgem.org within 30 days of the charge with your AWS account ID and invoice details. We review each request within 5 business days and refund confirmed billing errors in full. Usage that was correctly metered is non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time in AWS Marketplace to stop further charges.
