This Amazon Machine Image (AMI) is built on Amazon Linux 2023 and includes pre-installed open-source tools: kubectl, Helm, and eksctl. It is designed to help developers and DevOps teams interact with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) clusters more efficiently by providing a ready-to-use environment.
All tools included in this AMI are publicly available and sourced from their respective open-source projects. Prezelfy repackages these tools and applies Center for Internet Security (CIS) hardening guidelines to offer enhanced security out of the box.
This AMI is ideal for users seeking a streamlined, secure, and scalable setup for Amazon EKS. It eliminates the manual setup of Kubernetes CLI tools and provides a consistent experience for managing clusters.
