What do you like best about the product?
The cybersecurity platform is extremely robust and includes extremely user-friendly ways to take care of and practically automate security training for long durations for many people.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really not anything that I do not like about Barracuda Security Awareness. They really make it easy to automate security and protect your valuable data and people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In working with financial data for over 200 brands, Barracuda Security Awareness helped our company automate training and ensure everyone was fully aware of all risks to the business.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel in today's environment phishing and spam protection is more critical than any endpoint protection. Users are the weakest link in cyber security and protection for any organization. Barracuda SAT fills the role for end user training and awareness of what to look for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to manage and without Executive buy-in to force compliance it can be a waste of time. There are other products that are easier to use and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had nothing in place, and as part of our subscription, we had this module. We used it to send phishing tests to see how our users responded.
