What do you like best about the product?
Domo is my first data visualization tool that I have used in my career as a business analyst. The modules in Domo University made it faster to learn, and easier to adjust to.
Domo is a tool that I believe anyone could learn. Creating cards and dashboards is a breeze. It is also easy for internal users to navigate and to filter cards for information that they are looking for. I love how easy it is to export information into different formats like excel or powerpoint.
The Domo Forums feauture is also very helpful when looking to learn how to do BeastModes for different use cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I have found I dislike when it comes to Domo is when you are writing a BeastMode, you are unable to select the Measure or Dimension from the dropdown list on the left side. I feel this would be easier at times than typing it out and looking for it on the on-screen list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is making it easier for users to visualize data with the large array of options there are in place for cards. The AI feature is something that our company is very excited to utilize in the future!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Domo's mobile dynamic nature, which makes it easy for creators and offers a competitive price point compared to industry leaders like Tableau. The tool has significantly improved our data workflows and automation, enhancing team efficiency. I find the API capabilities most useful, as they simplify data exposure and reduce the need for business partners to manage APIs themselves, saving time and resources. I also value how Domo integrates well with other platforms like Facebook and Salesforce, facilitating easy data reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Domo integrates warehouse, transformation and analytics tools into one product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Introductions of new features sometimes confuses the use cases for other existing features. Sometimes older features are neglected in favor of new solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo solves the problems of my organization in particular because of how many data sources we have and how disparate they are. Domo allows us to easily unify those.

Great BI Tool For Anyone New to Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is easy to learn how to navigate and build within. I came from a non-technical, non-analytical role and had a smooth transition into using Domo daily. As my skills developed I was able to easily learn the more technical aspects of Domo. It is also easy to train users on how to view and use their cards, dashboards, and apps. Domo support is also fabulous and always willing to help. They also have many ways to connect with other Domo users for brainstorming and troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only downsides I have experienced is when new products get released within the tool things slow down a bit for a week or so. It's never permanent but can be a struggle sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need our data to be accessible and customizable for a large organization with many groups with different needs. We need permissions to be tight for sensitive information for most of the company while still being accessible to back office teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo was able to combine 4 different entities, with difference currencies into one condensed financial statements. There were many tools and charts we could create to see different data needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering the data charts was a bit cumbersome and the platform seemed chunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had 4 entities, all with different currencies. It was very hard to run reports in our accounting software because of this. Domo was able to pull one report vs pulling 4 and converted the currency for us.
