Dr. Patty Morales, Vice Provost, Enrollment Management

As vice provost, enrollment management at UCI, Patty leads the offices of Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid and Scholarships, Registrar, and Enrollment Management Analytics. She is a transformative leader, nationally recognized for her innovative approaches to using technology, data and analytics to support student success. Passionate about “humanizing data,” Patty encourages a consultative, collaborative, silo-busting approach to analytics that takes a holistic view of data from the entire student lifecycle to improve the student experience.
Prior to her current role, Patty served as associate vice chancellor and director of admissions at UCI; and as senior consultant at Maguire Associates, Inc., a Carnegie Company.
Patty earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Boston College, a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Chicago, a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School, and a Doctor of Philosophy in the History of Consciousness from University of California, Santa Cruz.
A native Bostonian, Patty now lives in Irvine, California with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She enjoys travel, dance, and is an avid Boston sports fan.
