David Victoria is a Senior Cloud Architect at Caylent (https://caylent.com), an AWS Premier Partner that helps organizations design, build, and scale modern cloud-native applications on AWS. With a Master’s in Cybersecurity, a degree in Computer Science, and 9x AWS Certified, David brings over a decade of experience solving complex technical challenges through secure, cost-effective, and scalable solutions.

As the leader of the AWS User Group Monterrey (https://www.meetup.com/awsugmty/) and a key organizer behind AWS Community Day México (https://awscommunity.mx), David has created spaces where thousands of builders come together to connect, learn, and grow. He actively mentors the next generation of cloud professionals, supporting both seasoned engineers and emerging student leaders across Latin America.

David lives by the mantra “Your network is your net worth.” He believes that sharing knowledge is only the beginning — real transformation happens when people build meaningful relationships and grow together.
