Overview
The Cloud Audit Academy - Federal and DoD Workloads (FDW) course will teach you how AWS services can be used to assist with U.S. Federal and DoD security and compliance requirements. This course is designed for customers operating Federal and DoD workloads in AWS including auditors/assessors, regulators, compliance and security professionals, and anyone working towards NIST SP 800-171 compliance or compliance with related frameworks (NIST SP 800-53 and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)).
Learn how to navigate the AWS Management Console and AWS services to help meet U.S. Federal Government requirements by:
- Proving security and compliance (such as, provide evidence to auditors/regulators)
- Validating security and compliance (such as, assess evidence from AWS environments)
- Understanding how to address security/control frameworks originally catered toward on-premises environments with a cloud approach
- Practicing security IT auditing techniques reshaped by the cloud (such as, automated auditing)
