Responsible AI: From Principles to Production

Responsible AI is the practice of designing, developing, and using AI technology with the goal of maximizing benefits and minimizing risks. It’s now a business imperative. As generative AI becomes more common across functions and in customer-facing products and services, the problem of “hallucinations” (AI generating false information but presenting it as fact) has become a significant business risk. Factual grounding technologies address this challenge by anchoring AI outputs to verified information sources.
