Create on-brand AI videos using Lucas AI Video Creator and AWS AI services

Effective marketing and branding rely on video communications, and enterprises need high-quality, brand-consistent video content to effectively communicate with their customers and stakeholders. Whether it’s personalized training videos, ads, or product explainers, businesses require solutions that can scale and deliver professional videos quickly without sacrificing quality or brand accuracy. Traditional video creation processes often involve significant time, resources, and technical expertise, making it challenging to maintain agility and responsiveness.

Idomoo, an AWS Partner available in AWS Marketplace, addresses these challenges with the help of Lucas, an AI-powered video creation solution designed specifically for enterprise needs. Using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and Amazon Nova, Lucas streamlines the video creation lifecycle, transforming text prompts, documents, and web content into ready-to-use, fully editable videos. Enterprises benefit from Lucas’s ability to rapidly produce on-brand and on-message videos, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visual appeal without requiring specialized video expertise.

By offering Lucas through AWS Marketplace, enterprises can quickly deploy this AI-powered video solution using their existing Amazon Web Services (AWS) procurement processes and billing relationships. This approach reduces time to value while providing the governance and cost visibility that enterprise teams require for deployments.

In this article, we show you how Lucas works with AWS technologies to quickly and seamlessly create enterprise-grade, data-driven, and brand-aligned videos (such as for marketing, sales, and script to voiceover to animation) based on the customer’s approved content using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). You’ll discover how to use Lucas to generate videos from straightforward prompts, customize them with brand-specific guidelines, and track engagement through built-in analytics powered by Amazon QuickSight.

Prerequisites

The only prerequisite for using the Lucas AI Video Creator is an active subscription to Idomoo’s Next Generation Video Platform, which can be obtained in AWS Marketplace.

Solution overview

Enterprises can create professional, fully branded video content using Lucas AI Video Creator from Idomoo to seamlessly integrate AWS AI and infrastructure. This solution performs the following key functions:

  • Uses existing Amazon Q index instance or a built-in one (with Amazon Bedrock as the default option) to generate accurate and contextually relevant content from user-provided text prompts, documents, or website data.
  • Use Amazon Nova multimodal capabilities to produce detailed storyboards, scripts, visual media, captions, voiceover text, and background music tailored specifically to your brand guidelines.
  • Provides advanced analytics through Amazon QuickSight so enterprises can measure video engagement and effectiveness at scale.

Architecture

The AI video creator contains the following components:

  1. The user begins with the Lucas interface, which uses serverless and scalable backend architecture.
  2. Amazon API Gateway triggers a Lambda function, which orchestrates the video creation process.
  3. The workflow manages and coordinates various AI processes throughout the video creation pipeline. It leverages multiple AWS services, including:
    • Amazon Q index to source relevant content for the video topic
    • Amazon Nova Pro to generate voiceover scripts, captions, and media file metadata
    • Amazon Nova Canvas to create custom AI-generated images
    • Additional AI capabilities through Amazon Bedrock and third-party integrations
  4. Lucas finalizes the video production process, applying its unique postproduction technology to stitch together the footage, captions, music, voiceover, and motion graphics into a fully produced video.
  5. Finally, the video is rendered with Idomoo’s rendering engine using GPU-based instances, creating a video file that is then hosted on Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) and streamed to the end user using Amazon CloudFront.
