Amplifying our outstanding women at AWS

Employee upskilling

We have several programs to help our employees upskill, as part of  Amazon’s broader Upskilling 2025 pledge to invest $1.2 billion to provide skills training and education to employees in the United States. These include the AWS ‘ Grow Our Own Talent’ program, which supports employees with nontraditional experience to gain on-the-job tech training and development, and our  Amazon Technical Apprentice Program, which helps groups including military veterans and their spouses transition into tech careers.
