What do you like best about the product?
Can breakdown utilization figures of different components of your hosts to extreme detail; analyse trends easily to optimise infrastructure and plan for future demand.

What do you dislike about the product?
No issues to report, any functionality/missing item that is not available initially can be discussed with the Densfy support team in order to be added in a later iteration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resource optimization and cost optimization of the IT environment is an area where Densify can provide valuable insight and direction. Densify assists in planning Capex and Opex expenditure.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive, single pane of glass user interface across cloud providers. Backend API integration to automate instance recommendations. Focus on Microservices cost inefficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes service is redundant to existing solutions. Support for spot instance pool selection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better understanding the entirety of cloud deployments to help identify where I can optimize infrastructure for capacity and cost. Having a tool to help tangibly measure the FinOps/SRE contribution to hitting company cost reduction targets. Creating a long term plan to improve efficiency with cloud infrastructure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
FinOps tools are often commoditized in nature and underutilized by teams managing cloud infrastructure. Densify makes better recommendations with a smarter backend platform to deliver better data, faster. This plus the ability to automate instance recommendations via policy and API integration, make Densify the CMP of choice to transform cloud infrastructure into a technology asset rather than simple cost center.

What do you like best about the product?
Densify helps to track the utilization of the cloud instances and, based upon that, performs the optimization, which helps save costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Densify provides API for integration with DevOps pipeline but APIs does not offer all the functionalities.

I recommend this tool for cloud resource optimization to various organizations.
Great platform for using cloud services
What do you like best about the product?
I liked Densify as it provides an excellent platform for users or organizations to have cloud services with machine learning analytics in it. My company is using it as it has excellent exposure in the coming days and provides very nice support for their cloud services.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far there is nothing which I didn't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Densify to analyze our cloud storage data through it.
Densify - Cloud Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
The most underrated and most useful feature is the reporting capabilities. We haven't found any other tools that can give us the level of granularity in reporting that can aggregate multiple vCenters, multiple AWS accounts, multiple Azure subscriptions all in one place. Also the ability to slice and dice filters and views based on any attribute (OS, utilization, custom tags, cluster, owner, etc) makes this a go-to for questions regarding inventory, utilization, or cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit sluggish. It's improved over time, but I still find myself waiting for several seconds (or longer if it's a large report) for a screen to come up. To be fair, we do have an extremely large number of nodes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool was primarily brought into the customer environment to look at capacity constraints and view recommendations. Reducing manual work was also a primary reason to move to Densify.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A one-stop solution for all your performance and capacity needs. I find it future-ready and there is no need to worry about upgrading and managing the environment if you look at Densify's cloud-based solution.
Quick to grow and evolve as needed, and has the reporting tools needed to manage capacity.
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting capabilities of Densify are easily my favorite features. Single-pane-of-glass view of all of your infrastructure, on-prem and in the cloud, across multiple vCenters, and cloud accounts (or multiple clouds). This is the easiest way to get rich reporting for apps that span these different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit sluggish sometimes. Developers are always improving performance, but we have a very large environment and it can bog down even the most robust reporting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to help right-size infrastructure on-prem and in the cloud. Densify has also allowed us to contain software licenses in our VMWare platform to reduce Windows and RedHat licenses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Besides only considering the capacity management capabilities, look at the reporting capabilities. The ability to pull data from multiple cloud accounts, and multiple vCenters and aggregating that data is a huge benefit, which gets largely forgotten.

What do you dislike about the product?
During the evaluation (POC) phase, there was an expectation to have some built-in densify reports and a robust self-service reporting interface for our business users/stakeholders/App owners etc. to quickly navigate, explore and run reports. However, in a short-time, Densify provided the Cloud Cost Intelligence (CCI) Module that has been a wonderful reporting solution, enabling users to run the reports and to meet complex reporting requirements. There are issues related to web browser compatibility. However, we are optimistic that such issues would be resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Densify is implemented in our organization primarily for public cloud optimization and analytics. The Key benefits we realized are $$$ Savings in the public cloud infrastructure space. The out-of-box deliverables provided by Densify also been a fabulous benefit for our Cloud Governance. As we pursue further, we are hopeful that we would leverage Densify bringing greater value to our organization and meeting business goals
