One of the best API security product in market with best support team
What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible and easy to customise, and the best support team ever. The team is very flexible in catering to custom requirements. Excellent API security features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is new and has yet to solve a few problems. But it also comes with its positives, where the team quickly takes the feedback and builds upon it. I would like them to mature their testing process before releasing features to Production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
API/Web application security was one of the primary use cases of our company. And Traceable is helping to fill that gap. It gives us complete visibility of our north-south and east-west traffic, which allows for improving overall security posture.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
API-level security monitoring is a better fit for our organization than network-level or other types of security monitoring. Traceable makes it easy to set this up and does a lot of the work of classifying and tagging API data for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a few deployment options, none of which are ideal for our setup. Not a huge shortcoming because we can still make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
API-level security monitoring, as well as API monitoring/observability generally.

Traceable has comprehensive solution for protecting all API endpoints in all deployment models Very customizable and easy to operate. They keep adding new features quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a growing company. Many challenges to solve. Reporting needs to be improved on larger scale
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to discover APIs across the boards and implement protection against OWASP API top to. Provide us custom ruleset and capabilities to bot control and rate limiting for our API.
