False positives can slow down the Auditor's time

Oversight helps us to ensure Employees stay compliant to spend policies and spend with our low cost focus. We can see first hand how the tool allowing us to stay engaged with Employees/ensuring they understand policies impacts our bottom line.

What do you like best about the product?
identifies duplicate entries, discrepancies in amounts, and ensures that they are rectified prior to processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oversight cannot recognize the special character (chinese word) Example :receipt date on the receipt.

Having oversight is good when come to audit the expenses, it is more easy and convenient by comparing manual audit.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. the function of looking the manager attendee, it does not show accuracy for non english invoices like Chinese . Which always show a false alert adding additional work to auditor
2. the duplicate invoices flag out, it also not accurate especially for train 2 way tickets always flag as duplicate where in fact it is not duplicate

Using Oversight as an Expense Auditor
What do you like best about the product?
reduce human error during audit and reduce time spend doing manual audit
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot read language other than english accurately making it flagged expense falsely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we manually audit our company expense and would take a lot of time to audit one expense. With oversight, we can insert our own policy and rules and it can audit and filter according to our rules. This would save a lot of time and would left us with just a few expense to audit.

What do you like best about the product?
Oversight gives me assurance that I am auditing 100% of my company's expenditures population, using a risk-based approach. Implementation was quick and the tool as customizable to my control environment and industry specific risk. The tool is very intuitive and the Oversight team is very responsive to my requests for support. The tool integraated with my Company's SAP and Concur modules with ease. My team and others across the organization are utilizing the application to manage risk. We are utilzing the tool to manage risk on a real-time basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more modules other than expenditures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risk mitigation and need for real-time monitoring of high risk expenditures in the pharmaceutical industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Our customer service rep is always helpful and has great ideas for implementing solutions to facilitate more productive work strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of much here! Any time we've had an issue arise we've always had plenty of support in resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our favorite insights are related to the ability to review issues which help us identify funds that were improperly claimed on expense reports and the ability to recover those. These would be difficult to identify and would take a great deal more effort to catch without a tool that can cross check multiple reports as Oversight does.
Oversight use for duplicates and compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Oversight continues to provide excellent customer service. We use it to catch expense reports with audit and compliance issues prior to paying. It catches areas that a human review would not be able to catch, as issues can span reports or vendors. It also allows us to catch potential duplicates before they occur between out of pocket and P-card spend. Implementation and daily use is user friendly and provides reporting for deep dives into data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be ideal if the emails or communication posted in as a comment on the Concur expense report for a better audit trail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catches keywords on receipts and invoices to ensure we are in compliance with our policies on purchases.
Robust Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers different insights focused on the risk levels wich is great from a complicance standpoint. Also provides a good customer service with the excecutive assigned to our company

The performance issues are frequently so it could be a bit annoying

Working exceptions is a necessary part of the process, but it is a heavy lift.
