What do you like best about the product?
Oversight provides multiple insights and audit rules that can be customized based on needs. The program is user-friendly. Our team appreciates the customizable email templates, which make their daily tasks easier and allow them to work more effectively. Oversight customer service is exceptional and provides prompt assistance when needed. All IT tickets we submit are always completed timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
One item that could use improvement is the speed of pulling historical data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight is identifying misuse and potential fraud. This helps our organization to stay compliant with our policies and address identified issues to minimize risk.
Oversight is a game changing product for expense report auditors!
What do you like best about the product?
Oversight has reduced the volume of manual expense report audits by 50-60%. It has been a game changer for our auditors, increasing their efficiency and reducing the risk of fraud. By leveraging Oversight, we aim to maintain high standards of compliance and control over our travel and expense processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the implementation of oversight was complex and time consuming, their implementation team made the process painless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight has eliminated the need to manually review all expense reports. Due to the reduction in the manual review process, the team can now focus on more strategic tasks. The tool has also ensured that all transactions comply with the Sunshine Act regulations, reducing the risk of violations and misuse.

What do you like best about the product?
The communication with our Success Manager is very prompt and smooth, which is key success factor. The company is really up to date with technology and innovations offering, so there are space for improvements always. The interface itself is very intuitive and well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration is rather global, that makes it hard to customize the settings when you are having a big global company to audit T&E expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to detect fraud and company money missuse.
Oversight is easy to use and intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
Oversight, along with Concur Progress Reports access makes it easy to identify issues/fraud and to recover monies paid out to employees through their mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We upgraded to OCR a couple months ago and have yet to receive training on the new tool. Also, I don't see anything different in the exceptions page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicate expense and fraud.
Oversight team understands our risks and efficiently reviews our transactions.
What do you like best about the product?
The Oversight team really worked with us to understand the types of transactions that employees incur on their company cards and developed parameters to identify when a transaction may be non-compliant with our policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The team is always flexible and willing to meet whenever our team is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight is identifying credit card transactions that may be non-compliant with our company policies and communicating with employees to gather additional information and making a determination whether the transaction is compliant or not.
Cooperative, professional, knowledgeable, insightful, helpful and well rounded implementation team.
What do you like best about the product?
Staff knowledge, dedication and attention to details. Listening and bridging the gap to configure the software to meet our unique business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are intricate integration parts that must be aligned as Oversight is an add on component to existing Concur systems. This must be done and done right and the Oversight IT is especially helpful and committed even as we tackled after hours setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adherence to expense policies. Overpayments, duplicates, rogue employees or managers, long list of benefits.
Transformative Auditing of Payables
What do you like best about the product?
Long-time user of this software. We love that it allows us to audit 100% of our vendor invoices, travel, and ProCard expenses for a variety of scenarios and red flags that we can adjust as our risk tolerances and policies change. Whether we're recovering inappropriate or duplicate expenses after the fact, preventing a duplicate invoice before it pays out, or just noticing trends of behavior that don't line up with policy, this tool to help us find dollars and correct behaviors going forward in a way that directly impact our bottom line. Love that we can email through the tool and run reports on issues found over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool would sometimes go down or not catch things as it was designed, and we'd have to do catch-up reviews later on. The company also seems focused on getting new customers and maintaining the product, while new features, product enhancements, and other new types of monitoring pitched to us by the Product team would sometimes never come to fruition or would be delayed multiple months or quarters. We would love to see more of the innovation that first got us hooked. Additionally, support on tickets for product modifications often seems slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auditing expenses and invoices to make sure that we are not over-paying duplicates or incorrect entries, and not paying for things outside of our company travel policy.

I haven't found a downside at this time to Oversight
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicate payments are very help for us to realize we've paid our credit card company and then an associate asks for reimbursement; therefore we've double paid, and with this category we can request a reimbursement from the associate to pay Printpack back.

Great system for detecting duplicate expenses in prepayment

It's not to customize the system, and it can be slow to open receipts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detecting duplicate expenses across different reports - these would not be dedtected otherwise.
Oversight is a key partner to ensure proper management of T&E resources

The support provided by the Client Service Manager

The tool performance, at times slow and does "time out".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight allows us to go beyond the invidual line item review of con compliant item, but allows integration opportunities with other functions such as CP, IT, HR and Ethics and compliace, through the themes and patterns it provides as well.
