Money left on the table
What do you like best about the product?
Our account managers are on point with knowing the product and/or knowing how to help promote the power of the product. There is a willingness to ensure we have any data or resources needed for business cases and such. There is a commitment to ensuring they are doing right by the customer.
The appreciation events hosted at Fusion for their clients is done in a tasteful and appropriate manner. A dinner at the restaurant in the convention center showed there was a respect of our personal time and having food ready was a nice touch!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add in this section at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of opportunity for spend that needs to be reviewed. It puts data to the comments of "people are spending too much on teh wrong things" or "we have a problem with people not using the corporate cards properly" The data allows actual dollar amounts, expense types, employee names to be used for exact scenarios in question.
Great experience with implementing oversight
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting aspect of oversight will be an invaluable asset for our company. Being able to put numbers to information to more accurately show what we are spending money on will drive needed change in policies. The implementation process was quick and easy, and we had a very smooth integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see the comments section available with an exclusion. A lot of explanations are given in the comments section that make a cost justifiable, and so we have to switch between oversight and concur to see if there are comments with the expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have not previously had reporting capabilities that take our policies into consideration. Being able to put numbers to information will be very valuable to the company and drive change in policies.
Great partners during the implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it's intuitive, easy to use, and you can email directly from the tool as well as track emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better and how to export the reports could use some enhancements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight helps with catching people who are not in policy or who are incorrectly expensing charges.
Detect exceptions
What do you like best about the product?
I think the Oversight has concise screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Oversight system is not enough intelligence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight could solve the issues like duplicate submissions and mismatch expense.
Excellent software with first class client support
What do you like best about the product?
Oversight has taken the hassle out of manually auditing expense report. Even before my Company custom configured the software, to meet our individual needs, the program was great. Now that my Company has added keywords and dollar thresholds that are specific to my Company's industry, the program is excellent. In addition to Oversight being an amazing software, our Client Sucess Manager is always available to meet our needs. My Company does not have to worry about issues because if they should arise our Client Success Manager will resolve them immediately. In short, Oversight has transformed my Audit Teams productivity for the better and placed us on the pathway to success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oversight is highly configurable but unfortunately the configuration requests must be initiated by opening a support ticket. Thankfully, our Client Success Manager is able to open the ticket for us if we send her an email with all the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight is our auditing software for travel and entertainment expenses. It is saving my Teams time by flagging high risk expenses for us.
Good but still a long way to go
What do you like best about the product?
It is dynamic and there is an option for bulk closing
What do you dislike about the product?
Itemized Receipt Detection: The system does not currently distinguish between valid itemized receipts and generic vouchers, often accepting the latter as valid documentation.
Lack of Country-Specific Configuration: There is no functionality to configure rules by country, which complicates compliance across regions. This limitation requires additional manual steps in the audit process to meet varying local requirements.
Attendee Validation: The system lacks validation checks for attendees, such as detecting duplicates or verifying that HCP expense types include appropriate HCP attendees.
Window Limitation: It is not possible to open multiple Oversight (OVS) windows simultaneously, which can hinder multitasking and workflow efficiency.
Performance Issues: System loading times can be lengthy, making transaction processing time-consuming and frustrating for users.
Accuracy of Transaction Amounts: Potential Impact (USD) updates have made the transaction amount reporting in accurate, also wish that there was a Transaction Amount (USD) so this wouldn't be a problem.
Lack of Report Name Search Functionality: The system does not currently allow users to search transactions by report name, making it more difficult to locate specific reports efficiently.
Limited Display Options When Filtering by Report ID: When filtering by expense report, there is no option to display additional useful columns such as the report name or submission date, which limits the ability to quickly contextualize results.
Limited Value of Dashboard Functionality: The current dashboard features do not provide meaningful insights or actionable information for our audit operations.
Limitations on Email Template Configuration: This has been a significant pain point. It is unclear during the implementation that in the future this would have an additional cost, personally I think the ability to configure email templates should be standard functionality available to any of your clients for free or change it, so the program administrators are able to perform these changes.
Summary Feature for Non-Compliant Notifications: The summarize emailing function does not work when notifying employees about multiple non-compliant transactions. As a result, we are forced to open each exception line individually and manually copy and paste the corresponding tables, which is highly time-consuming and inefficient.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although faulty, we are able to audit 100% of our reports.
Who asks for a title for a review?! lol
What do you like best about the product?
All reports are checked all the time for all our rules and policies
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer to have ETL access from workbench
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring Employee's are following travel and expense policies.
I think it is a great tool for reviewing expense compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it applies logic to the review instead of looking a details in a specific entry. It looks at trends/who the vendors are/timing, etc to make sure it is a reasonable expense instead of just acknowledging the amount is under a certain limit.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a consulting firm and have a lot of approved client related exceptions that get flagged. The team is great to help us customize the tool, but this still distorts our results some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us with compliance to our Travel and Expense policy and we are starting to recoup costs of items that were done outside of policy.

What do you dislike about the product?
One item that could use improvement is the speed of pulling historical data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight is identifying misuse and potential fraud. This helps our organization to stay compliant with our policies and address identified issues to minimize risk.
Oversight is a game changing product for expense report auditors!
What do you like best about the product?
Oversight has reduced the volume of manual expense report audits by 50-60%. It has been a game changer for our auditors, increasing their efficiency and reducing the risk of fraud. By leveraging Oversight, we aim to maintain high standards of compliance and control over our travel and expense processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the implementation of oversight was complex and time consuming, their implementation team made the process painless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight has eliminated the need to manually review all expense reports. Due to the reduction in the manual review process, the team can now focus on more strategic tasks. The tool has also ensured that all transactions comply with the Sunshine Act regulations, reducing the risk of violations and misuse.
