AGE ID has been a great tool to detect fake ID's at music festivals!

What do you like best about the product?
AGE ID detects fake IDs that seem legit. It has drastically reduced underage service at music festivals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acceptance of end-user license agreement upon logging in is unnecessary. We should be able to accept that at the Corporate level. Managing the number of licenses is also very difficult when using temporary devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand, easy to set up, easy for the end-users to use. Also, the continued communication between the salesperson, technical support, and myself after the initial install.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have come across. The history is stored locally per device. I know the history report gives complete history across the board, but it would be nice if there was a way to access all of the histories from any device at any time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Underage entrance into the casino with fake IDs. This keeps us safe and in compliance with state law.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to verify ID's within seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users have had repeated issues with logins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving fraud issues. Have caught several fake ID's and saved us thousands of dollars in insurance premiums and lost vehicles.
