What do you like best about the product?
We have 100+ SaaS apps, renewal can get tricky. CloudEagle.ai has helped manage it seamlessly. The tool uses AI to gather key details and make life easier. Proactive alert feature keeps our team informed and helps get a grip on our overall vendors
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it can't be too good to be true rite :)

The platform has a learning curve and canfeel overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudEagle.ai has helped us get a grip of our overall vendors and their renewal management process. Their platform has helped we get renewals get done on time with all relevant stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support. The UI (bar some feature requests). Cost saving measures. AI elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not complete. There are a lot of areas (at least for us) that are blank. Some guidance on fields would be an additional feature we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One source of "truth" for our SaaS tooling. Who is the admin, what team is it for, who chases contracts, how much are we spending, when are renewals, how many users. What are alternatives?

What do you like best about the product?
Cloudeagle makes it easy for us to handle all of our SaaS licences and costs from one place.

It's very helpful for keeping our software costs down and gives us a lot of information about how we use apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of setting up could be easier, but the customer service team always there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now easily manage all of our technology, which means we don't waste money on apps that aren't being used.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloudeagle is all in one platform that makes SaaS spending easy to understand.

No code process save us time.

The dashboard user interface and layout is very good and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notification system is works some time or not, we missed some alerts early on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've already saved lot of money and time by finding licenses we weren't using and cutting down on renewals we didn't need.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. This facilitates adoption. We received assistance and support from the CloudEagle team as we went through the integration process. The processes may be completely customized and just involve drag-and-drop operations. The time-consuming process of email follow-up is eliminated through automation. You may follow procurement requests on Slack as well because of integration. The SaaS purchasing team is made up of seasoned negotiators who accelerate savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little exists to be disliked. The actual advantages of the service or product become apparent once you have successfully navigated the learning curve, which is made extremely simple by the cloud eagle team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The renewal schedule provided by CloudEagle enabled us to plan ahead for contract renewals. Additionally, we used the Workflow feature. The connections gathered information from our SSO and financial systems, as well as from other applications and contracts, in order to determine how much money we are spending and who is using these apps. CloudEagle provided us with total expenditure visibility.

Complete SaaS Management in a single Pane of glass

What do you like best about the product?
Having a centralized location and single interface to manage my entire SaaS spend and management is a game changer. I can quickly see who all my vendors are, what my monthly spend is, when my renewals are due, who in my company is using what applications and vendors, mainttain my contracts and renewal invoices.

In addition to just managing my current vendors and spend CE provides extensive tools and database of capabilities, performance, reviews of vendors in all verticals. A welcome addition when I need to find a vendor in a new space or even look at switching vendors.

CE has also stepped up to assist in negotiating new contracts and renewals to ensure I am receving best possbile prices and value consumption from my SaaS products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CE team has been super engaged with us, have been very receptive to not only helping us learn and utilze thier platform to it's fullest but consider and implement changes in the platform that support and ease implementation and use in various real world use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SaaS Spend and Vendor Management is our biggest use case for CE. Having a centralized location to manage all these activities, store all relavant documents and artifacts has been hugely beneficial for us. The added value of vendor recommendations and SaaS negotiations hs been icing on the cake.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are very useful and the team is very quick in responding and adding new APIs, and features. The tool can be very useful if your organization has alot of saas tools and keeping track becomes difficult
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process can be quite cumbersome but that is true for all tools where you are moving to more organized data. More accounting tool integrations should be build

Keeping a tab on all the saas spends, contract repository, and monitoring usage of tools thereby helping us reduce inefficiencies and save cost. The procurement function can also be of great help if you are exploring new saas tools for your org.
