Already Far Out But Still A Long Way To Go
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to understand and navigate, there are lots of reports you can generate and the crew are very much willing to help us clients with all our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the modules/views are not screen capture ready. columns aren't sizable to what the user wants, deprovisioning is still manual but I know they're working to have this feature out soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from the platform, cloud eagle is helping us negotiate with our application/software vendors to cut costs. Software harvesting. Right now we are in the process of integrating a lot of discovered apps.

1.communicate to the team where we get the metrics, for example: the % of use of each application. Where does it come from?

It helps us identify which applications we have contracted and what is their recurrence of payments.

With CloudEagle, I no longer have to individually log into each application - everything is accessible from one centralized platform. Their onboarding process is smooth and easy to follow, and I was able to get up to speed quickly with the help of their user-friendly interface. The platform also provides comprehensive training materials, which helped me understand the full capabilities of the tools available.

Easiest way to create Procurement workflows
What do you like best about the product?
CloudEagle’s procurement workflows are very easy to use and save a lot of my time. I can create custom workflows for my team depending on the SaaS purchase we are making. This really an important feature for my use case

There is no problem. I like the product.

Previously, we had to track everything manually, but thanks to cloudeagle, we can now simply create a workflow and receive renewal reminders with their slack integration, as well as the contract value and potential savings on negotiations.

CouldEagle currently covers most of the popular apps that are used in the IT industry. My only request is for them to keep adding newer integrations on to their platform. This will significantly help them and their customer base.

CloudEagle helped in detecting unused subscriptions and identified Low-Usage apps. They provide us with a single dashboard where we can view the complete SaaS stack used by our enterprise.
