What do you like best about the product?
In managing SaaS contracts, CloudEagle.ai's AI-based metadata extraction is a real lifesaver. It automates time-consuming tasks like tracking renewal dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing may be a bit high for smaller organizations, making it more suitable primarily for medium and large-sized enterprises.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
a simple dashboard shows everything clearly, like usage and expenses. but the biggest thing is that it saves a lot of time for the chief IT officer. daily tasks like license renewals are done automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
many features can make setup a bit of challenge at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assets management is easy to purchase for our entire team and a free coaching identifier helps reduce wasteful costs.

What do you like best about the product?
The dedicated negotiators attached to our team save a lot of time from daily operations. Very good and reponsive customer support from their side we definately have felt heard.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few technical gliches made onboaring a bit more difficult than it should of been.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we did not have a unified service with all our SaaS spending in one place, Cloudeagle definately has solved this issue for us. A lot of people were spending their time going back and forth between vendors and users internally, which has 100% been streamedlined with Cloudeagle. Cloudeagle creating the workflows and reaching out to users about renewals has reduced my teams (operations) workload to focus on things with a much larger ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
We have 100+ SaaS apps, renewal can get tricky. CloudEagle.ai has helped manage it seamlessly. The tool uses AI to gather key details and make life easier. Proactive alert feature keeps our team informed and helps get a grip on our overall vendors
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it can't be too good to be true rite :)

The platform has a learning curve and canfeel overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudEagle.ai has helped us get a grip of our overall vendors and their renewal management process. Their platform has helped we get renewals get done on time with all relevant stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support. The UI (bar some feature requests). Cost saving measures. AI elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not complete. There are a lot of areas (at least for us) that are blank. Some guidance on fields would be an additional feature we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One source of "truth" for our SaaS tooling. Who is the admin, what team is it for, who chases contracts, how much are we spending, when are renewals, how many users. What are alternatives?
