Onboarding Automation That Saves Us Days
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was once a real headache for us, as we had to manually set up each new hire in every individual app, a process that often took several days to finish. Now, with the workflow in place, everything is automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes; everything about Cloud Eagle is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use CloudEagle for employee onboarding and offboarding, and it works very well for these purposes.
Streamlining Access Reviews and Compliance with CloudEagle
What do you like best about the product?
During our trial, we were really impressed with how quickly CloudEagle automates access reviews. What used to take hours is now completed in minutes, and compliance reports are generated instantly. The platform is easy to implement, seamlessly integrates with our existing systems, and is very user-friendly. I find myself using it multiple times a day. Their customer support has also been excellent!

What do you like best about the product?
Before using CloudEagle, we had to perform access checks manually, which was very time-consuming. Now, with automated access reviews, everything is handled for us, making it much easier and faster to see users, applications, and their permissions.

We have been using this for two years and have not encountered any issues.

Previously, we did not have clear visibility into user access. Now, that issue has been resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Previously, onboarding was a lengthy process because we had to log in to each application separately to set up new users. Now, the whole procedure is automated—new hires receive immediate access, and the appropriate individuals are notified.

There was nothing I disliked about this; all the features are excellent.

Early onboarding and offboarding were time-consuming processes. We didn't often know if ex-employees still had access to critical of our SaaS apps.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudEagle has been instrumental in helping us save a significant amount of money through its benchmarking tool, which allows us to compare prices and secure better deals on SaaS purchases. In addition to this, we also depend on CloudEagle for our identity governance needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues so far. After 14 months of use, everything has worked smoothly without any problems.

Before CloudEagle, we had no visibility into where we were overpaying for renewals. Now, with benchmark data, we can compare what other companies are paying and negotiate better deals.

CloudEagle is helping solve the challenge of SaaS sprawl, vendor management, and wasted spend. Right now, we don’t have a centralized way to track contracts, renewals, or usage, which often leads to overspending and missed savings opportunities. CloudEagle closes that visibility gap by giving us one place to see SaaS usage and spend instead of relying on scattered spreadsheets. The benefit for us is tighter cost control, smarter renewals, and better visibility across tools, while also automating procurement and renewal workflows so we save time and reduce wasted spend.

We use a variety of EdTech tools and learning platforms to support students. CloudEagle helped us streamline our SaaS renewals and gave visibility into all our tool usage. The alerts and insights really helped with budget planning too.

It takes a little time to fully explore all the features, but once you're familiar, it’s very efficient.

CloudEagle stood out because it covers everything we were looking for - spend tracking, renewals, provisioning, and reporting. The interface is clean, and the features seem practical without being overly complicated.

Still in trial mode. Haven’t tested everything yet. No major issues so far.

We work with several design vendors and freelancers across projects, and we constantly track subscriptions, tools, and invoices. CloudEagle provides a unified overview of contracts and usage, so nothing slips through. It looks promising to reduce overlapping tools and unexpected costs.
Fast Results & Full Control Over SaaS Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how much visibility we now have into vendor contracts, app usage, and upcoming renewals. As someone in finance, managing budgets while working with global freelancers and SaaS vendors can get messy. CloudEagle helped us consolidate all that into one place. I can track spend trends, see which teams are using what tools, and flag anything that's underutilized. The renewal calendar and automated alerts have already saved us from a couple of surprise charges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, really. The only thing I’d point out is that some of the analytics dashboards take a few extra clicks to customize.

We work with a mix of remote designers, freelancers, and software vendors across different time zones and currencies. CloudEagle gives us a centralized view of all our active contracts, payment terms, and license usage. It's been a huge help for our budgeting cycles. I now get clear reporting on department-level usage and can work with procurement to cut back on underused tools.

We are testing CloudEagle to improve how we find and buy SaaS tools. It's already helping us compare options more easily and make smarter choices. Still new to it, but it's looking promising.
