One platform for all Major Apps I use
What do you like best about the product?
Minimalist UI, Clean interface, easy to use. Also the fact that it tells me what to update, when and almost automatically updates every software all the time. I can see my connected logitech devices, office printer, Zoom client, and other key apps I use at work, and the status it is in, since we all use Macs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it tracks and manages everything well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified portal for all things vital. Just loved it, and have been using it for 2+ years.

Excellent MacOS configuration portal
What do you like best about the product?
This is used at our organization since we have Apple workstations, and the software sync is very simple and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system is sometimes forceful, if we don’t update softwares that are highlighted, in the time period set by the IT
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth, hassle free usage. No headaches for software developers like me who would be spending time coding rather than getting my software’s update
Kandji
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Kandji for the past two years and it has the most user friendly MDM solution I have used. It is able to force updates on Mac OS and Kandji has levels on the amount of restrictions you can apply through a blueprint. Its self-service portal is easy to use and you can deploy software easily through the interface. Kandji also has good documentation on how to do things which means I don't have to contact support to solve an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any issues with Kandji. It’s been a seamless experience with its automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji is helping automate the tasks you need to do while managing an MDM. The less management overhead allows small teams to manage kandji while delivering great security posture to endpoints.
Great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji allows us to easily keep track and control of our fleet of iPhones and iPads while checking on current statuses and issuing app licenses. It's very straightforward to setup and information is clear and more details available when needed. Customer support and sales are quite responsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't run into a need that isn't solved yet.

Kandji allows us to keep track of our devices, enforce policies, issue app licenses and recover devices when needed
Handy Tool for MDM
What do you like best about the product?
it notifies me about every software update across my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications are intrusive.

It can access my softwares both from Mac and Iphone.

Some reporting features are unavailable/limited

We use Kandji to offer us a best-in-class solution for managing macOS at scale, and to keep our end-points updated so we alight with our Security standards
Easily the best Mac-only MDM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward solution to manage all our devices, keep them protected (Kandji EDR), and doesn't impact our users at all. It feels like a Mac product because of it's seamless MacOS integration. Gives us peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. Does what it's supposed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji benefits us by allowing just 1 person to manage a fleet of devices, keeping them updated, keeping them policy-compliant, keeping them secure, automatically combatting malware, ease of use for end-users, offering company-compliant applications to employees, and being a set-and-forget solution.
Very easy tool to manage Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Using it on Mac OS devices made it effectively easy to install updates and manage logins
What do you dislike about the product?
There's instances of forced restarts whenever there's updates pending (even though the priority is low from security perspective) that hinders work at times.

Software updates, notifications and easy to use interface to know the status of device
Solid device management software
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and administer. I am just an engineer at my company that helps manage our device fleet and using Kandji has been a pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the documentation on key functionalities is a little hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for us to keep track of which device is with whom and see any security concerns live.
Best MDM Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic service bringing together MDM policy enforcement, excellent reporting and patch management AND integrations with plenty of other services. Couple this with some of the best customer service I've ever had and you have THE perfect Apple management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have Literally 0 notes, I'm not saying Kandji is perfect, I am saying its pretty damn close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji enables me to easily, effectively and simply manage our Mac fleet. From policy enforcement to patch management, Kandji performs much better than other services in it's weight class.
