Easy to use interface that makes Mac management that much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is very easy to learn the system that makes configuration and deployment that much easier. The interface for setting up restrictions and pushing apps is very simple to use and makes the experience of using that much better. Customer service is extremely responsive even with the most difficult issues that you present them. Integrating with other platforms are extremely easy and makes using the platform daily a pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most frustrating things about using the apps is sometimes the updates and apps fall a little behind other platforms. Such as Apple Intelligence restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having all of our Mac devices on a singular platform, it makes management that much easier for devices. With a large enterprise spanning mobile and desktop operating systems across Mac and Windows, having all of the Mac devices in Kandji helps to keep things separated. We know that these devices will stay patched and up to date without having to have much manual intervention. The Mac laptops are our best patched platform in the enterprise.

Great MDM service!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been thoroughly impressed with Kandji. Their customer support is excellent, and their CSM team is exceptional, especially Kaylee F! The platform's intuitive design simplified our MDM migration, and we've experienced a significant improvement in efficiency. We are very happy with the switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. My only minor gripe is that the frequent platform updates, while bringing valuable new features, can sometimes lead to interface changes that require relearning. It's a personal preference, as I tend to prefer a more static layout, but I recognize the updates are beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji effectively tackles the complexities of Mobile Device Management. Its robust and intuitive platform simplifies device management, making it incredibly easy to use. The resulting benefits for our organization have been substantial.
Great product with a vast amount of versatility when it comes to managing devices
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Kandji the ability to administer and monitor all your organizations devices on one versatile platform. With new integrations, the process is simple and effective. Additionally, the customer support staff are extremely helpful and will try their best to fix any issues in a timely manor.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside might be the limited choice for provisioning iphones if they are not organization owned but still use proprietary information. It can be hard to limit a user to certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving ease of integration for managing our devices, which is super beneficial especially when it comes to security audits.
Solid solution for managing compliance across MacOS devices
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Okta, Apple Business Manager, automated nature of enrollment for end users, ease of configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the product are not as intuitive as others, learning curve during initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem solved by Kandji is consistently keeping the operating system and applications up to date. To ensure our employees adhere to company security policies, we had to review / remind / enforce manual system updates or risk account suspension. This was a huge waste of time that has become a non issue.
Next is the integration with our Compliance Platform, allowing us to use the Kandji agent to report compliance state into our compliance platform. Previously we used a native agent that would randomly stop reporting. This lead to a weekly review of the agent reporting age, followed by requests to reinstall/restart the agent to begin reporting again. The Kandji agent so far has been extremely reliable.
In addition to the above, we integrated Kandji with Apple Business Manager, our Identity provider, and our Hardware provider. With this in place, we simply order a new device for our employee and everything else is automated. The device arrives at their location, they log in to the device with their corporate e-mail address, the device then enrolls into Kandji and our blueprints take care of all base OS settings and desired applications. No IT involved at all after purchase. This saves countless hours, per device.

What do you like best about the product?
Kandji simply 'works' – and that's its greatest strength. Its clean interface, flawless integrations with Google Workspace, Slack, and Apple Business Manager, and dream-like self-enrollment have transformed our Mac management. After having tried several other MDMs, I wholeheartedly recommend Kandji for any environment with an Apple device fleet
What do you dislike about the product?
Kandji only works on Apple devices. If you manage a mixed-OS environment, that's something to keep in mind.

Kandji fundamentally solves the problem of streamlining and automating the management of our Mac fleet. We struggled with the complexity and inefficiency of other MDM solutions such as Intune, Google and even Jamf, which often required significant IT intervention.

- Simplifying device enrolment: Self-service enrolment via Apple Business Manager has eliminated the need for IT to manually configure each MacBook. This has dramatically reduced our onboarding time and freed up IT resources.
- Improved integration: Seamless integration with Google Workspace and Slack has created a more cohesive and efficient workflow. We use Google for user identity and receive instant Slack notifications for device registrations, keeping our team informed.
- Improved user experience: Kandji's intuitive interface makes it easy for both IT and end users to manage and interact with their devices.
- Enable scalability: The ease of use and automation has allowed us to confidently scale our Mac fleet, leading us to go 'all Mac' and further streamline our procurement and rotation processes.

Good device management software with strong security platform
What do you like best about the product?
its very user friendly and good interface, I love good interfaces and coming to khanji its vibrant and its smooth interference keeps me alive while using the app. I love the colors what my company has for the Kandji background while signing up.
Very strong security with seamless integration with the MAC interface. Keeps all the 3rd party apps up to date with constant reminders if not it will be auto updated in the background.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have faced with that I can think on the cons.
I'm not sure if this would be the same for other orgs - One thing I can think over my head is while the password auto expires and we need to change it since it unger goes with our internal OKTA which is integrated to Khanji - the password syncs doesn't match pop-up annoys the most but if we take time and update the password before its expired I can overcome this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The auto device connection is seamless and reduces getting IT helps and mostly self served. The onboarding was smooth and I did not find any difficulties using the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use product. We didn't need an IT team to use, and deploy.

The pricing tiers can make it expensive for small organizations.

Good Software to Manage IT devices and software
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is a great MDM solution for businesses that rely on Apple devices. It’s easy to use, packed with useful features, and offers solid security. Their customer support is also reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it’s strictly for Apple devices, and the pricing might not suit everyone. If your company is all-in on Apple, it’s definitely worth considering.

The device management makes the work lappy safe.

The need to update constantly gets a bit irritating

Great Device Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient for me check my updates in my MAC and all the gadgets attached to it. Its easy to troubleshoot my device through this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app is pretty forceful if you dont update it within time.

Keeps my MAC updated, sp that everything runs smoothly. Very easy to use too, avoids all kinds of unnecessary headaches pertaining to SW.
