I having Kandji in our organazation!
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji has revolutionized my workflow! Previously, I had to handle everything manually—from installing software and erasing Macs to keeping track of all my laptops. Now, I can relax while Kandji takes care of the heavy lifting, including macOS and app updates.
Additionally, their support organization is exceptional and surpasses many others. You can instantly chat with someone within five minutes or less, and they are committed to resolving any issues you face!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for Kandji is they do not support PC. If they did, I think they would take over the PC MDM Market!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying software to all Laptops. New Laptops can get completely setup. Managing MacOS Updates. Managing all the Laptops we have.

Never going back to Jamf
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is a very simple, intuitive, yet incredibly powerful Apple device management platform. As the leader of a small IT team, we do not have the time nor resources to spend hours every month maintaining our device management tooling. Similar to what we love about Apple products, it needs to just work, and Kandji just works. When we switched over to Kandji, we were able to get our polices and integrations set up in a manner of hours. What would take me probably a week to do in Jamf or other platforms, I was able to accomplish in an afternoon.
The Blueprints, Library Items, Auto Apps, and Assignment Rules all make configuration of Kandji an absolute breeze and allow me to be mostly hands-off with my MDM solution, allowing me to focus on driving IT value in more important ways (yes, device management is critically important, but as a leader, I can do so much more if my MDM solution runs itself, which Kandji does!)
Kandji not only allows us to provide an excellent onboarding expeirence for new hires, it also allows us to maintain our fleet and trust that it is healthy and security with minimal IT intervention and troubleshooting. When we do have issues, the customer support team is knowledgeable and very responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a bit of a control freak like myself, you may find yourself missing some of the extreme flexibility that other vendors like Jamf previously provided me (Extension Attributes, Smart Groups, etc.), but after two years on Kandji, I really don't miss them and struggle to find a reason why I would need to go back for those features.
I think other former Jamf admins like myself may find themselves hesitant to move to Kandji because they are a bit behind on some of the extensibility that Jamf offers, but over the last year, Kandji has caught up a lot with things like Assignment Rules based on IdP groups (that work SO much better as Okta Push Groups than Jamf LDAP groups), reporting via Prism, etc.). I have first-hand seen that Kandji has made a strong effort and commitment to catching up and doing things better than Jamf could for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji makes device management a breeze and allows me to focus on other areas of IT, rather than spending hours or weeks managing my device management tool. I have full trust that Kandji is automatically maintaining a healthy, up-to-date fleet of Macs for our business.
It provides us with a consistent new hire onboarding experience, which allows us to be 100% zero touch for all of our Mac deployments.

Kandji MDM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji has been very easy for our users to understand and use on a day to day basis. The ability to use Azure/Entra ID to log in has made it very easy for our users to not have to worry about passwords being out of sync and allows the security that we implement on our windows devices. The best thing I've liked so far is the ability to reach out to Support and get in touch with a Support Engineer in minutes and discuss an issue. Having that quick response is key when dealing with large amount of devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more reporting tools available. The ability to pinpoint certain applications or services that are not installed on a user's device is very key when it comes to auditing and enforcing required applications or settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji is solving the ability for us to handle macOS updates and application updates by hosting popular applications for mac users as well as with Managed OS the ability to update users to a certain verison of macOS has helped ensure that when a new patch comes out that we can dictate when users need to update or when it is best to delay for further testing.
Great to work with the Kandji team. Software is easy to learn and intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use software. Ability to manage devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to add new devices when you don't realize that a certificate has expired. Would be nice to have some sort of indication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help manage our office, warehouse and work devices.
Kandji has continued to deliver since our switch over from Jamf
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji made the transition from Jamf extremely easy. Additionally, the best feature of Kandji is the intuitiveness of understanding the platform, not requiring any education to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Kandji is great. The customer tier group pricing and separate licenses for different mobile devices are things I would rather not see on the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji allows us to have more control over our devices, allowing us to secure the data within our mobile devices while easily rolling out application and OS changes to our staff, seamlessly.
Kandji is MUST HAVE for Apple Devices!
What do you like best about the product?

Kandji enables us to quickly deploy new devices and patch any new vulnerbilities that pop up which we weren't able to do before with our Apple devices.
Kandji is just what our organization needed!
What do you like best about the product?
The full integration between Apple Busioness and Kandji is a huge plus! As well, the different bluepints make is super easy to create differnt profiles for different devices, or different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It has everything our organization was looking for when choosing an MDM!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total control of all Apple products for the organization.
Kandji has helped streamline our device management
What do you like best about the product?
We evaluated multiple MDM solutions before deciding on Kandji and have been very happy with our choice. It's easy to set up and deploy the MDM agents, create blueprints to manage multiple environments, and see what's happening in our fleet in real time. The recent addition of the Prism reporting features has been a huge addition, fixing one of the few flaws Kandji had. Any time we've experienced issues, their customer support has been incredibly responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the lack of useful logging. There are times where I'd like to see when and what happened, and Kandji is severely lacking in that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji enables up to remotely manage our fleet of devices, and ensures that we maintain a secure and compliant environment.
MDM Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji has taken a very complicated and technical solution and made it accessible to those who may not naturally understand it. It's very easy to use and if there are ever questions, the support team is fantastic. If you are looking for an MDM solution for Mac, Kandji works great.
