Good MDM for Apple device management in SMBs
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is easy to use with a friendly UI and good features
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to see an end of warranty field

Powerful MDM that just works.
What do you like best about the product?
The simple nature of setting and managing my library items and fleet. For years, I was the administrator of a >1,000 MacBook workforce using Jamf Pro and managing thing in Jamf was a full-time job. With Kandji, I can set it and forget it. And my users love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm afraid that some of the more recent feature development is creeping into uncessecary levels of complexity. I love Kandji because it's simple to use and easy to understand. I've noticed a trend toward a more powerful, but more complex solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enforcing the asset management requirements from SOC 2.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and gives you alot of control over your Apple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to mute some of the alerts that are irrenlvants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow us to easy monitor and remotely configure all of our Macbooks in our company.
A quality product that quickly gets managment of you Apple devices in order
What do you like best about the product?
Beyond all the great automations MDM brings the auto apps are a great feature. By having these packages preconfigured it saved IT staff hours of collecting and updating packages. Kandji's new prism search is a great addition as well and makes sorting of devices much easier. I'm happy Kandji is giving us options to move away from using blueprints for deployment, the new deployment methids are much more granular and specific to waht I am trying to acomplish. Lastly the support has been great and my company personally gets to work with Kaylee who has been great in suporting our use of Kandji.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to buy the licenses in buckets of 25 can push smaller companies to have a bigger license than needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of deployment and managment of our Apple devices.

I like the simplisist UI with all the great features it offer for a good price

We are big fans of Kandji in the IT department. IT just works!
We set up the policies and Blueprints over a year ago and just let the system do what it does best!
We've connected it to Okta so our onboarding experience is very smooth with no interation from IT needed.
If only all platforms were this easy!

The reporting is a little limited and could do with an overhall.

The efficient, versatile, and reassuring MDM
What do you like best about the product?
It’s surprisingly quick to set up, and the interface feels welcoming to both new and experienced administrators. I really appreciate how the support team takes the time to walk you through solutions, rather than just sending links. Their hands-on approach keeps me focused on productive work instead of troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, updating certain devices requires a second attempt, which can be slightly inconvenient. Also, I’d like to see more flexible grouping features, making it easier to assign configurations to specific sets of devices without juggling multiple steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji helps me keep every device secure and consistent by automating routine tasks like software installations and compliance updates. Having a single place to push out these changes frees up my schedule, allowing me to address strategic projects rather than spending time on repetitive administrative duties.
