What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best was how it cut down on man hours in dealing with malicious emails. Most things were taken care of in the background. I like that the false positive rate was low.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know of any down sides to using the product. But it is costly. When we first implemented, there were few companies offering this solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spam and malicious emails we cut down drastically. I knew man hours would be saved, but I didn't realize by how much until implementing IRONSCALES.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend working close with the vendor, making sure they know exactly what your needs are. Pay attention to the install details

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is easy to deploy, management dashboard is easy to navigate.
Employees reporting rates have increased dramatically since they are one click away from reporting a suspicious email.
Saves time by simplifying the investigate of a suspicious email.
Security Awareness Campaigns - there are many ready to use templates and landing pages and you are able to easily create your own as you wish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes auto-classification requires reviewing

Bottom line Phishing attacks early detection and remediation

Phishing protection

What do you like best about the product?
Identifying phishing can be very tricky. Iron scales helped us greatly in this area. Detecting spoofs was also a bonus. The phishing text campaigns really keep my staff on their toes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. Ironsights was very helpful as it gave us advice on what was most probably spam or phishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to protect my organization against phishing. Also to train users. Now my users are extra vigilant about email. And many phishing attempts are automatically blocked.

Reliable Protection with Ironscales

What do you like best about the product?
Ironscales does most of the work for me. I run a small IT department, so the automation of Ironscales is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find any downsides to Ironscales. It just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The phishing protection Ironscales provides is an essential part of our company's cybersecurity.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick deployment without changes to MX records, SPF,DKIM or DMARK.
Granular licensing, we can decide which mailboxes need to protect.
Effective against known phishing attacks by community and Themis
End users can report any suspicion of a phishing attack by email also avoid BEC attacks/ impersonation attempts by getting alerts banners of suspect emails.
A very effective threat assessment by practice the phishing campaign to raise end-user awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing SSO options. customized dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BEC attacks, frauds, Phishing protection.

Great Security Tool for Protection Against Phishing emails

What do you like best about the product?
Since implementing Ironscales, phishing emails that reach our Inboxes have decreased significantly. When a questionable email reaches a user's mailbox, the user is able to easily report the message to Ironscales through a button in Outlook. Makes it so easy for both the user and IT support to manage threats. I love that there is an App on my mobile phone. When a user Reports an email, I receive an alert and then can handle the resolution via my phone app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind that I dislike about Ironscales - this tool has been a game changer to our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Ironscales, lots of phishing emails were reaching the user's Inbox. This was a big security risk for our organization especially being a nonprofit. We had implemented standard security controls through Microsoft 365 which helped but after implementing Ironscales almost all phishing emails were filtered and caught before they reached a user's Inbox. For a lean IT support staff, this helped us manage and resolve potential threats much quicker and easier.

All is great with Ironscales, no major issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mitigate phishing emails in seconds. our Soc get the relevant information digested that reduces 95% of their investigation process. we overcome our lack of resources while promoting all employees to be a ohshing sensors who can report email as phishing in one click and mitigate wide attacks.

What do you like best about the product?
IronScales provides great visibility of your email environment. Suspicious emails are detected via various sources (including the IronScales community), and the ones that still get through can be easily reported by your users with the Report Phishing button (Outlook). Identified threats are immediately quarantined from every mailbox in your organization. You can customize the tool to fit your business's needs. The phish testing module makes it easy to organize and schedule tests in your environment and provide immediate feedback/training to your users. I've found IronScales support to be very responsive to our needs and suggestions, and they are constantly improving the product based on customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't really say there's anything I dislike. This is the most comprehensive tool that I've seen that meets all of our needs. The functionality does somewhat depend on your email infrastructure - so you may want to clarify what is or is not supported in your environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have much greater visibility of the threats in our environment now. IronScales has allowed us to take our user training/testing to the next level. The user reporting/analysis functionality is the best solution I've seen for dealing with the emails that inevitably get past your defenses and into users' mailboxes.

What do you like best about the product?
IronScales does pretty much what is states, prevents Phishing emails. It is by far better than any other product that I have worked with. Other known well established vendors which I can not mention can detects and quarantine approx. 25% in comparison to IronScales 99%. This product really works and it saves countless amount of hours which would other ways need to be supplemented by other expensive tools that require a lot of tuning and human resource attention, or firefighting by engaging large teams of analysts - which in the end can prove challenging and waste of resource. This product has also great automation and improved reporting. The phishing campaigns are good and provide training to users who get lured. In short, there is not much this product can not do when it comes to phishing. It has great Threat Intel mechanism behind it, and it is super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has undergone lots of improvements and developments in the recent years, but the team that is behind these evolving improvements is superb. It provides you with 100% attention and whenever there is something requiring attention, it gets sorted in short lifecycle improvement. The team I should add go above and beyond of what they are expected to do, and always there when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the problems we have solved have been internal - mostly not related to IronScales. The support is there when needed however so no issues to report from that prospective.

What do you like best about the product?
All the modules. I love Themsis and i love the remediation side of things which has freed up valuable time in Service Desk function.

There is genuinely nothing i dislike in IronScales
