I the experience that i have had with Applitools
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part has been the expertise of the applitools account manager Talia, she has made the transition to using the application a smooth process with no questions left.
If we require help with anything, she is always there to run through the issue that we may have over zoom & we can always get a resolution.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about the tool as it serves our purpose when we are testing a lot of documentation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we had was that all documents that were generated during our Regression of the system had to be checked by the human eye, this is now all gone with using applitools & has cut down the time it takes to verify that the system is working & behaving correctly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use Applitools if you have a lot of documents to check
A must have tool for intelligent visual testing!
What do you like best about the product?
once you have applitools set up, it's invaluable for reliable visual testing across browsers. we use cypress, so being able to fill the cross-browser gap left for safari; applitools gives us a lot more confidence for releasing!
What do you dislike about the product?
as a tool, it's pretty complex, so it requires a lot of initial set-up, adjusting tests and learning how to use applitools to the fullest. it is also pretty slow, taking around 100 seconds for a simple test because of the amount of work going on in the background. A lot of this can be fixed with more tests and more parallel tests, but this costs more money; and the applitools is NOT cheap, making it very difficult to use it in its most efficient without paying a lot of money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to test our applications visually, across all browsers and versions, all within our current testing tool; which is really impressive! it allows us to use the same pipelines and release knowing that we have covered functionality in all browsers.

It's the best tool I've ever used for visual automation testing!

Easy to set up, good documentation with examples for different languages. Ultra-fast grid feature best, it reduces execution time a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Actually, one thing would be nice to have. Running tests in Applitools servers.

Visual testing across the different amount of devices and browsers

Applitools is the one of the best GUI testing framework which I have worked on.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that Applitools provide multiple SDK's & support multiple frameworks. Also, Applitools regions & A/B testing are really helpful in some situations. I like the Applitools dashboard too which is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I know, there is nothing much to dislike in this tool. I only suggest that it would be great if we get more improvements/features with cucumber framework integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Applitools for UI testing. Apart from GUI testing, I use applitools for A/B testing. Applitools ultra grid is a great feature and it's beneficial during cross-browser testing.
Applitools is a perfect tool which I was looking for UI Automation, I will recommend this tool.

I like the easiness while doing UI Automation. I like the support from the Applitools team & documentation and updates they provide, you name it and apply tools have it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike, but I would like record and Play like features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was not aware of how to handle dynamic content, but the Applitools teams had supported me & resolved the difficulty in automation.

A great solution for responsive testing And special support services, I love the ab testing feature and the UFG feature

bug in the latest version of applitools SDK for cypress

responsive testing is a must in web testing- and applitools is a great tool for it, also it is perfect for regression testing
Good tool for visual tests

The AI feature helps a lot with the visual tests.

There are some features that could be implemented to make it more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run visual tests and it helps to check whether the layout is breaking as well. We intend to use it to make our translation testing faster as well

Pretty impressive so far!
What do you like best about the product?
The first time a saw this product i was super curious to check how easy is to use it and manage the results. So far it turns out that is very handy and easy to operate. It has many options to manage the results of the screenshot it gives. And very very important, it super easy to configure and categorize the results you take every day, in order to point if you found a bug or if the new image is the new base line for the next run.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using applitools Eyes on every day basics i see that the environment sometimes is very heavy for a medium system and you have to wait more time in order to fetch and present the results of the test you choose. Also some times it does not give results and you need to refresh the page on the browser in order to get them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using applitools Eyes for my work environment it gives me the opportunity to produce more tests in less time and also keep the very nature of the test intact. In many cases is much easier to code the same test on Eyes than on python, which is the main language we use for our tests.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe is a very must for an QA engineer to contact with the Eyes sales and take a free trial of this software in order to check and see if it is suitable for his needs. I found it very useful and convenient for my work and very pleased that my company choose to invest and use it from now on.
