What do you like best about the product?
Everything was great. And thanks to its wide variety of documentation, I was able to understand the tool in more depth. It's even more powerful than a firewall, offering exceptional performance in preventing threats, handling wildfires, and managing SD-WAN.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prisma Access would be more effective if it had better compatibility with sales applications, but it still does the job. However, in all the time I've been testing it, I haven't found anything serious so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prisma Access has solved the problem of layered security for me. This tool enhances cloud security by providing cloud-native threat protection and, thanks to its powerful features, makes it easier to manage threat detection and better enforce company policies to combat threats.
The best security solution
What do you like best about the product?
An organization doesn't have to worry about losing its valuable information through remote workers. The services add an additional layer of security to prevent any careless practices that might put the company at risk of data breaches. The ease of integration is just like the cherry on the cake on top of all the other features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prisma Access still lacks integration to many of the cloud platforms, which when achieved, will make it outstand its competitors.

Reliable Cloud-Delivered Security with Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
Prisma Access provides a comprehensive cloud-based security solution that ensures secure access to applications from any location. Its seamless integration with existing security policies and robust threat prevention capabilities make it a strong choice for enterprises. The ability to scale security across users globally without compromising performance is a significant advantage. Additionally, its user-friendly dashboard and AI-driven threat intelligence enhance visibility and control over network security.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Prisma Access offers excellent security features, the initial deployment and configuration can be complex, requiring skilled expertise. Some users may experience latency issues depending on geographic location and network conditions. Additionally, troubleshooting issues related to policy enforcement and connectivity can be time-consuming. Pricing can also be on the higher side compared to other alternatives, making it less viable for smaller businesses with budget constraints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prisma Access is solving the challenge of securing remote and hybrid workforces by providing cloud-delivered security at scale. It eliminates the need for traditional VPNs, reducing complexity while ensuring consistent security policies across all users, regardless of location. Its Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) model minimizes attack surfaces, protecting against modern cyber threats.
For me, the benefits include improved network visibility, simplified security management, and reduced risk of data breaches. The centralized dashboard and AI-powered threat intelligence enhance proactive security measures, making it easier to detect and mitigate threats efficiently. Additionally, Prisma Access optimizes performance with cloud-based security enforcement, ensuring seamless connectivity without compromising security.

Comprehensive Security and Seamless Integration with Prisma Access
What do you like best about the product?
Prisma Access offers robust security features, including WildFire, user integration, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) functionality, all delivered through the cloud. Its Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) 2.0 and endpoint management capabilities provide top-notch security, integrating seamlessly with tools like Slack and PagerDuty for real-time alerts. The platform supports secure application traffic and non-web applications, offering extensive API integrations for enhanced flexibility and security. Additionally, Prisma Access is stable and scalable, auto-scaling for mobile users and integrating well with Cortex XDR and Cortex Data Lake. It efficiently identifies misconfigurations and security vulnerabilities, allowing for end-to-end management and control development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prisma Access requires improved support for custom applications and better compatibility with other solutions, especially in healthcare environments. The frequent updates in Prisma Access should provide more information to ensure they do not impact production environments adversely. Integration with non-Palo Alto Networks products could be enhanced to ensure seamless functionality across multi-vendor infrastructures. Price adjustments are needed to make Prisma Access more competitive, as its current cost is considered high by users. Prisma Access should improve its multi-environment visibility, particularly concerning containers, to reduce the volume of redundant alerts based on container images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prisma Access enforces least-privilege access principles, ensuring users only access necessary resources. This significantly reduces exposure to cyber threats and lateral movement within networks.
Consolidating multiple security functions (SWG, CASB, FWaaS, etc.) into a single platform reduces the complexity of managing different security solutions while lowering operational costs.
