Flexibility and growth
What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities of the system. As an example, we specified one for a customer 2 years ago. They were moving but needed to retain the retail shop at the current location for several months. This would have been impossible with their existing Panasonic.
Fortunately, the P550 was in short supply so we went with a Software Edition. They started at 25 users on 2 sites, then a single site when the retail store moved. 2 years down the track they have over 60 users with 3 main offices and a number of remote users. Earlier in the year they implemented multiple queues and all this was possible without extra licensing, hardware, etc. Just program it up, add the recordings and they are good to go.
All the new features added with successive software updates are very valuable.

There really isn't anything to dislike about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Yeastar PBX System is really great that i like the best thing about this is that it has the option to have it as an onsite hardware device or in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the system hangs and doesn't work well as expected. I have to reboot the system to make it optimal again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i had problems with traditional pbx system but yeastar pbx system is easy to manage with simple and Web-based admin portal which solves the problem easily.
