Great value product with unlimited options
What do you like best about the product?
its user-friendly interface, scalability, and robust features for small to medium-sized businesses. It's very easy to implement on a production network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linkus plus connectivity is so poor. most of the time call quality is poor

The best case that I had is that I had a customer who needs call center setup without paying a lot of money so p-series was the best choice with amazing reporting features

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and pricing. the pricing and flexibility for the techinical team are the attraction in yeastar P series VoIP systems.

As a partner we need a Saudi based VAT invoice for purchasing the subscription from partner postal.

The renewal costs, implementation cost, and managability.
Realiable and Scaleable with best Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Fast deployment and easy upscaling: as the client was using a local cloud-based solution, we switched them to an on-premises PBX which they can now tailor to there needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far as we can fulfill all customer requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer wants to buy all there call center employees mobile phones and sim cards so they have there own company numbers for all incoming and outgoing calls, We have installed TG-1600 and solved this using Linkus cutting there cost.

its very easy and frendly system and also easy CRM integration and easy emplementation and good customer support unlimited usage for free without subscripton number of futurs are the best and friquency usage of system

It is easy to use with all necessary features. it is low power green machine with powerful features. It is suitable for inbound call center. YEastar very cooperative company with great customer support.

Lack Auto dialer and cmapaign management.

It is PBX plus, beside call routing it solve issue to more isight reporting about agent performance a normal pbx cannot do. it increases transparency.

Open API! Database access! Multi tenancy! Hosting in our own Cloud (BYOI)! Innovation in new featues. Great customer support with access to technical staff at Yeastar. Ease of use, very intuitive with little upskilling. Quick and easy to implement, can use scripts! Integration is easy with the APIs.

Annual license up front, we sell monthly. License quantity brackets, not pay-per-use.

What do you like best about the product?
We loved the intuitive user and admin web interface, easy for implement and deploy. So many useful features can make the user experience more productive in the frequently day usage. Easy integration and a solid customer support makes Yeastar PBX a strong voice solution for the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing model could be made more flexible to monthly increments with pro-rata payment and plan renewal on a single date for all licenses.
